Complaint: I purchased a condominium XXXX XXXX XXXX, originally purchased with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was never given a notice, but they suddenly sold the note to US Bank National Association. They have since went up several times on the mortgage payment. I recently mailed them certified and faxed a letter requesting UCC Article 9, Writ of Discovery, freedom of information act and request of accounting regarding the loan. I also sent them a tender of payment to include 1099A, twice XXXX and XXXX XXXX Since US Bank has securitized the promissory note, without my consent and knowledge, I have rescinded the contract and stand a surety over the securities and request and demand discharge of debts. They have committed securities fraud and I demand a discharge and immediate pay off to be reported on my credit report. They have ignored the notice and phone calls. They have instead used it to ask if I want to sell the property or request forbearance. I am demanding a discharge of the debt, due to securities fraud.
