Love [-] fraud alerts but if someone does take your money [-]'t expect a timely resolution. Been trying for 3 months to get back 3600.00 that [-] employees cashed out to a fraudulent customer ( using [-] name ). Employees not only cashed 4 checks in a matter of hours but [-] signatures that [-] "client" signed on [-] fraudulent checks was not even remotely close to [-] signature. [-] even gave them [-] account number because they had [-] SS # ... I'm done and about to hire [-] attorney

Absolutely [-] worst experience trying to book a flight to Italy. 11 hours and 11 agents just today!!!! Problem is not resolved. Now you folks want [-] to call United with their wait time 2 hours!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! If I could give you a 0, I would not hesitate.BTW: I had multiple language difficulties comp[ounded by [-] roosters in [-] background!!!

Overall banking experience is a 3 [-]. Current issue. Unable to contact customer service. Offered [-] option of return call which I accepted. Receive [-] return call which was in about 20 minutes as promised and then put immediately back on hold with [-] automated voice stating [-] wait is now 50 minutes. Currently have 2 phones on hold with no answer.

After call 83rd and Kedzie in Chicago. I told after I complained of rats running on side of [-] bank . To call tomorrow [-] manage is as off [-] young lady [-] is that all you want because I bizzy and [-] up. I’ve lived on [-] block of This bank for 25 years . And I never seen such trash on side of this bank . [-] old manager would come out and walk around and made sure at his senior we ok she cared . I have properties with [-] has [-] mortgage. Not [-] to walk up and see three mice run around [-] side of [-] bank .

I am a small [-] owner and rely heavily on [-] [-] credit card to [-] [-] [-] travel. As a result of [-] pandemic [-] [-] came to a halt and I ran late with a couple of payments. Without consideration [-] closed [-] Southwest account, which I paid in full with a settlement. They ten closed [-] Freedom account even though I had continued making payments. This has caused [-] to [-] and [-] [-] as I am no longer to [-] [-] things I need to, i.e. travel inorder to continue [-] [-]. I might add that I have had three homes financed through [-] and have paid all of them in full with excellent credit. This is a terrible practice and I feel that [-] credit card should be reopened.

[-] refused to help with a charge for a hotel room that was cancelled. [-] "dispute resolution" person told [-] that [-] booking service made it clear that [-] cancellation had to be 24 hours before [-] arrival time. [-] booking was made in [-] AM of Aug. 4 for arrival [-] same day. [-] can one cancel 24 hours before arrival if [-] arrival is [-] same day as [-] reservation???? I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was denied that and told I would receive a letter stating that this $146 charge was indisputable. I asked this representative who she spoke with and she replied that she reviewed [-] policy but did not contact [-] company. Since I have not been able to get anyone at [-] company to respond to [-], I asked for a company contact number, which she [-] she didn't have. I have two credit cards and am prepared to pay off [-] balances and cancel both accounts. This is not [-] kind of treatment I get from [-] other banks, like Citibank. Anyone with any kind of common sense can see that there is something wrong with having to cancel 24 hours before arrival when arrival is scheduled within 12 hours!!!!

Your dispute [-].[-] up on [-] twice today.I am a small deposited but I disputed a deposit I had given to a moving company and they didn’t finish [-] [-].I asked for [-] deposit back and was redeposited twice and now they have reversed it again.Your dispute people are not helpful and your customer service isn’t much better.I disputed $107 deposit to [-] largest bank around and you act like that money ,if returned,would put you in bankruptcy.I know [-] small monthly deposit means very little to you but that is [-] social security and being ripped off by a moving company and [-] bank assisting them in [-] rip off saddens [-]!

I have been a [-] Customer for over 30 years so when it came time to rollover [-] 401K into [-] [-] I visited [-] local [-] Bank located at 11720 SW 104th Street, Miami, FL 33186. I met with [-] Null who gave [-] [-] options which I took home to examine. When I reached out to Mr. Null to proceed, [-] informed [-] [-] was on maternity leave and would return on 3/31/21 at which time [-] would contact [-] to [-] [-] account and have it ready come [-] 2021. [-] 31 came and left and Mr. Null never contacted [-]. I then texted him a couple of times in [-] but [-] never responded to any of [-] texts. I am very disappointed at [-] customer service provided by Mr. Null. If you are looking for a financial advisor who cares about their clients, [-] Null is not [-] one!

They say they are working to preserve a livable climate, but [-] investments say otherwise. If I can give it a [-] or below I would. I was a victim of a fraud/scam [-] many years ago and thought maybe they would allow [-] to bank with them after so [-] but put [-] on indefinite list to not allow [-] to bank with them. I didn’t know I was with a fraud fake company but at least I didn’t use whatever money that was deposited until I knew it was legit! You are assuming a customer who was loyal [-] whole way with no issues prior that I did that in [-] own! Called your bank 2/18/21 and spoke to Phyliss in your insurance [-]. I called because I wanted tp change [-] Flood Ins. to option one instead of option 2. There is a difference of 7 dollars a year for 11,000 dollars more coverage. Phyliss told [-] she would change and it was entered in your computer.but when you received [-] [-] your bank took option two. [-] woman on [-] phone today 3/9/21 tried to blame everyone BUT [-]..Also at [-] end of [-] phone call I asked her for her name 3 times with no response then she [-] up on [-]. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE all [-] way around from [-] Bank.

When JPMORGAN/[-] can randomly pull a credit report on a current, loyal customer and use [-] same information that allowed at least 3 other cards to increase their limits to decrease [-] limits on [-]'s cards, that is sketchy [-]. When you penalize your CURRENT, never missed a payment customers, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic when others are using COVID as [-] excuse to default on their credit cards, that just proves that JPMORGAN/[-] only cares about their corporate paychecks and not [-] people who are responsible for them getting paid at all. Over and over, I am hearing more and more stories of people with good and even excellent credit scores getting screwed over by [-] bank randomly lowering credit limits which then causes [-] credit issues as this changes debt ratios (1), inquiries (2) and amounts of available credit (3). I am going to find any and every way possible to let as many people know [-] [-] treats their loyal customers by [-] their credit up ON PURPOSE.

Poor Customer Service and rude agents. I spoke with [-] Claims department in regards to [-] unauthorized charge to [-] account. They gave [-] a temporary credit and then waited 5 weeks to steal [-] money back out of [-] account with no prior notice. I spoke with supervisor Roscio from [-] and [-] from Texas and they were not helpful, sympathetic or offer any relief. This deduction from [-] account caused [-] family and I [-] extreme financial hardship. This bank does not care about its customers and their policies and procedures are not made easily available for review. [-] Claims department is full of incompetent people who just read a script but [-] not use intelligence, compassion or common sense.

[-] seems to be doing some illegal stuff by closing accounts on people who recieved SBAGrants without SBA approval. Now they are holding [-] paycheck as if I owe them something. Not gonna let this slide, people work hard for their money, and [-]’t need banks taking matters into their own hands. They are even holding [-] TWC deposit that was sent to [-]. Going higher up with this complaint.

[-] was used in a fraud scheme and potential jags led to a large loss for [-]. I wired a large sum of money into a [-] account trusting that [-] owner of [-] account would have been properly vetted. As of right now I suspect this has led to a loss of [-] money and no one in [-] fraud department would talk with [-] and look into [-] fraudulent account. I would appreciate [-] opportunity to provide [-] bank account so you can look into it.

Criminals! They [-] not give [-] [-] $4500. from a cruise [-] reservation deposit refund on a closed credit card. I stopped banking with [-] after I had made [-] reservation in Sept 2019. [-] cruise [-] says [-] should have refused [-] credit card refund since they had no current [-] active accounts with [-]. Then [-] cruise [-] could give [-] a check for [-] refund. [-] took [-] refund and is telling [-] they have SIX MONTHS to determine [-] rightful owner of any monies on closed or purged accounts. There is no complaint email process or human being that [-] escalate this issue

There has been [-] with them, and [-] [-] is sporadic. [-] people at [-] fewer places to actually have contact with a person can be more positive, than not. Getting them at toll free with covid has been a problem. I had a credit card issue with a charge, and actually got assistance from a [-] center. Ready [-] to [-] information has been [-] issue, but a problem to a Degree with banks. A recent issue as a credit card, where I got [-] statement. Getting [-] information is just a challenge. [-] statement stated [-] unpaid $.14 cents, which was added to balance. Notwithstanding [-] accuracy, it was $.14 cents that they would be sure to collect. [-] card has whatever interest, fees generated for them from transactions, at minimum. Add [-] profit they make from [-] having money with them, direct and indirect. And [-] reason to have any activity with them where they have any added revenue through [-]? Too big to not use their position to profit from [-] and others?

In 2020 all of their customer service died. There is no more. [-] bank [-] now allow every kind of unauthorized transaction to your accounts and there are no recourses for that. For example you can CHOOSE whether to allow debit card transactions to overdraft your account or be declined. I CHOOSE to never overdraft [-] account and decline those. Therefore [-] bank [-] allow them anyway and in some cases even create a [-] one that you never initiated just to be predatory to [-] consumer. [-] Bank gives very good incentive to become UNBANKED.

We're in [-] midst of Covid 19 and I'm out trying to get [-] essentials and out of nowhere a hold on [-] card with no available human being to talk to, to get things cleared up. [-] is most likely [-] secoond worst bank you can choose. If they owe you money they [-] contiue to have you call different call centers and be on hold for well over two hours. One person [-] pickup and just pass you off and continue to try and wear you done. [-] best answer is simple file a federal complaint online against them is [-] only way to get in touch and get [-]. TOO BIG TO FELL!!!

This is [-] WORST bank, they also like to take your money and hold it and [-] nothing about it during a pandemic and make you lose everything you own because they refuse to give you any of your money!!! Been dealing with this for a week! They also think they are going to force close [-] account and hold [-] money till I have a valid id witch I cannot get until [-] DMVs [-] back up .... I have a child and bills and they [-] not give [-] [-] money !!!! [-] NOT bank with them! They are [-] worst !!!!

I've had a [-] Home Mortgage since 2015 and have always paid monthly a week or two in [-]. [-] credit rating is 817 with no other loans and over $3.0 million in assets. After being inundated for a [-] reduced interest [-] from JPMorgan [-], I agreed to submit a $500 "good [-] deposit" with no other debt and a request for a [-] [-]. "At numerous times we provided a total of at least [-] additional 73 documents, and were asked about our other physical assets. After being declined by [-] erroneous credit report "due to excessive obligations in relation to eligible income". As a denial for a [-] [-], I am requesting a full refund of [-] $500 "good [-]" deposit that we submitted to [-] on Nov 26,2019.

I am disgusted with [-] on October 3, [-] phone number was hacked while phone was in [-] procession, a few days later I checked [-] accounts 3000.00 were taken from one of [-] savings while I had debit card in [-] procession. I was denied 2x because [-] was used I read articles where this can happen. I'm going to social media, news stations and getting a lawyer I sent proof I was not in Biscayne Fla I live 4 1/2hrs away. They credited [-] 3 small transaction made at stores and later declined transactions in same area trying to take more money out. I'm a senior with disabilities and live on a fixed income and that was [-] burial money. $3000 [-] not seem alot to you but it's a million dollars to [-]. Monday I [-] cx [-] accounts with [-] and tell social media that you [-] not protect your customers

Walked into [-] Redmond Oregon Branch this morning right at 9Am this morning. [-] customers in [-] bank. One women on [-] phone and two others just standing around and one woman talking to [-]. I've been working since 5am so I'm in jeans and [-] old denim shirt. I asked to [-] [-] account. Women took one look and began [-] run around. [-] more we spoke, [-] longer it was going to take to get [-] appointment to [-] [-] account. I know if I'd been in slacks and a polo shirt it would of been yes [-], have a seat etc....
Reason for opening [-] account. I wanted to have [-] social security deposited with a [-] bank that has branches across [-] country instead of a local credit union. [-] wife and I had also decided we would transfer all our retirement accounts to [-]. Instead I was treated like some lost transient who happened to wander into [-] lobby. Degrading, embarrassing and just makes [-] mad.

I would not recommend opening [-] account with [-]. They [-] hold your deposit no matter what [-] amount for a full 10 days, and only sometimes [-] they release $200.00. So inconsistent as [-] as policy goes, and every employees seems to have been trained by BOZO [-] CLOWN! Deposit $7,260 or 5,000 and immediately receive $200.00. Deposit a $60,000.00 dollars can't get $200.00 and get treated like a criminal.
