After 6 exhausting years at this branch I have withdrawn all money and cancelled [-] membership. Thanks to [-] who always had a smile and always got it right. Nothing ever got set up correctly and I was always going to [-] to straighten it out. [-] worst was most recent. They incorrectly indicated when [-] account set up by [-] Of Attorney. Now 5 years later they say it was wrong. So now it’s a part of [-] estate. Total pain, total incompetence. Thanks also to [-] in [-] who made life almost bearable with this CU
