Opened account on December 11 and they [-] they would send [-] a debit card right away. Sent [-] correspondence saying it was on its way expect within 2 weeks. It is now February and I still have not seen a card. Would you put money in a financial Institution that you [-]’t have [-] to. [-] [-] review [-] not let [-] put anything less than a 4 in [-] box is it rigged or what?
