Worst company I’ve ever financed through savior money and [-] elsewhere please title they won’t even answer [-] phone and call him since [-] and either get [-] up on or no response no call back since [-] deal with no title worst company I’ve ever encountered They [-] people and we went blind scam not ever ever have [-] investigation going on right now with them

[-] [-] [-] lady got [-] attitude when I told her we never received our welcome packet and that I had made a payment and they are sending us past due notices. [-] asked for out account number when I provided it she stated with [-] attitue "well obviously you received your welcom packet since you have your account number' This attitude caused [-] to get frustrated which then lead to a lot more attitude from her. During [-] conversation I was [-] up on and then they refused to give [-] her name. (which I finally after multiple attempts got)
Stay away from them [-] not take loans withe them worst bank I have ever dealt with

This is [-] worst bank I ever had to deal with!...Dont ever get a [-] [-] from them!

There are two complaints: I called office on get [-] [-] [-] payoff sheet and [-] woman named [-] was extremely rude to [-] point I asked her if was bothering her by calling. She quickly became nice and I was able to get [-] information once I [-] something. [-] next issue is today I called [-] office to ask why I was charged [-] early payment penalty for [-] [-] being paid off. I understand if I was just paying [-] [-] early BUT [-] [-] was totaled out due to [-] accident I was not even at fault for. [-] extremely unprofessional woman named [-] did not even give [-] [-] courtesy to finish [-] sentence before she cut [-] off and became [-]. I asked if there was a corporate number and was told they are [-] corporate office. She did not even take [-] opportunity to listen for [-] to explain that I WAS going to use them to [-] [-] remaining amount on [-] [-] vehicle.I [-] not [-] [-] with a company that has been so rude and disrespectful. Never once in [-] years I dealt with them was I even a month behind! At no point [-] I recommend this bank to anyone simply from [-] workers not actual [-] rates or [-] itself.
