Horrible bank! I'm switching banks ASAP!

After [-] [-] last [-] went I probably [-] not [-] through you all again it was [-] 3rd [-] with you all and over a 7 percent interest I went in and payed it off you made 4 bucks of [-]

Your hours of operation are hurting your clients. [-] have to change banks.

WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I [-] tell everyone I know to pull their [-] with this bank. I [-] be pulling all [-] [-] from this bank. Horrible awful customer service. They wouldn't waive a one time fee for [-] during a pandemic and I had NEVER had [-] overdraft previously. To say I'm mad doesn't even come close and I work for a bank! HORRIBLE customer service. Headquarters banking policy seems to be different at each branch. It's confusing to decipher.
[-] [-] 22 I called [-] Arvest customer service [-] (and I use [-] term "service" loosely) to [-] about [-] overdraft protection because [-] dad was on his way to Little [-], AR for emergency [-] heart surgery and I needed gas and a little [-] to [-]. I was told via your representative that all I to [-] was sign up for that [-] could [-] it over [-] phone but it would take a couple days or I could [-] to a local branch at it would be available "immediatly". [-] story short I write a total of three checks thinking I'm covered. Apparently I'm not covered because I'm negative 51 dollars and [-] checks have been returned. Now I get to pay returned check fees at 25 dollars a pop. Either your customer service reps are poorly trained, stupid, [-]'t care or are just flat out liars. I [-]'t have a lot of money and I'm confident a company of your size [-] not [-] [-]. I [-] be opening [-] account with a local community bank in [-] coming days. Thanks for [-] added stress Arvest! Good service here. They seem very knowledgeable about what they are doing.
