I want to talk to [-] President of UMB.
I have been trying since 10am (eastern) to get ahold of a "[-]" person. It is 3pm now and someone finally answered [-] call, only to cut [-] off and put [-] on "hold" and never come back to [-] phone. What is going on over there?
I live in [-] Ranch and was received a promotion for 100 dollars. [-] deal was that it would be left for 3 months, and it would be [-] ending balance of 200 dollars. I have received already a service fee after explicitly asking [-] manager on duty in Denton, TX if there would be charges to this account. UMB has shown itself to be a less than satisfactory bank that [-] not work with you and I [-] no longer [-] [-] money there. Thankfully I have learned this information while I only had a lower balance in [-] account. They have just lost a customer and hundreds of thousands over $8 dollars.
