Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX I had multiple fraudulent charges charged to my checking account, one was for {$350.00}. The time of the charge was XXXX XXXX to XXXX in XXXX Arkansas, the second charge was for {$110.00} it was charged to XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Arkansas these charges posted to my account on XX/XX/, I was notified of these fraudulent charges by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX they stated that there was going to be a temporary hold on this card, I contacted my bank and told them that I did not make the charges and that they were fraudulent and the bank voided the card, I have gone to the bank and spoken to the bank president to get the funds returned to my account that were fraudulently removed. I was told that it wasnt their responsibility, I was told that it could take up to 90 days to have the funds returned. I have called the bank several times, and stopped in twice to find out if they could give me any indication of when the funds would be returned and they told me it wasnt their responsibility, I need my money, returned as soon as possible as I am on XXXX and barely have enough money to cover my bills.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX FNB : First National Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX XXXX XXXX DBA : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX Primary Acct # XXXX RE Formal Complaint for Predatory Fees/ Failure to Close Business Account I sent {$940.00} out of my FNB account on XX/XX/XXXX ; when I sent this all funds were available, and this zeroed out the account. However, the transaction didnt post until XX/XX/XXXX. When I logged in today, the account was at a negative {$80.00} [ not because of my wire ] but because of your {$29.00} predatory fee and then I was charged a {$35.00} overdraft charge with two additional overdraft charges of {$8.00}. Please see the screenshot below. The CFPB prohibits predatory fees in banking. Please see attached publication from the White House. Im filing a formal complaint with the CFPB and the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I know that your bank will do the right thing and reverse these predatory fees of {$80.00} and correctly close out the account. Keep in mind, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX [ a much larger and more profitable bank ] only charges {$16.00} per month for a fee for a business fundamentals account and there are multiple ways to avoid that fee. Additionally, since XXXX, theyve reduced their overdraft fees from {$35.00} to {$10.00} due to recent inspection with regulators. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I opened up a account with the bank that the check was written off. I went to the XXXX branch, in which the teller told me it was the banks check. I was denied service that day, therefore I went to the XXXX XXXX branch. I deposited the check with a XXXX day hold. I never received any cash. Then my account was closed for the amount of the check and fees. I never agreed to closing the account. The only charge should be the fee. I never received money from the check amount
