Very friendly and helpful
Good luck getting in touch with this bank. Impossible to [-] by email, or messaging them on their website, and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. If I could give [-] [-], that's what they deserve. [-] absolute worst customer service I've encountered from any bank.

Have had some longstanding concerns over shabby appearance of [-] outside of this location: exposed dumpster next to bank, a [-] eyesore; trash on ground around bank; lawn signs on bank property that advertise other businesses; boarded up window awaiting [-] replacement; ugly concrete planters on Villa Ave which need some paint/resurfacing/etc and better plants inluding some greenery that would be green year round. There doesn't seem to be much pride taken in [-] appearance of this bank.

Bank United's Treasury Management Department has [-] WORST customer service I have ever encountered at more than 15 banks I work with in [-]. Every time I call their Treasury Management department, regardless of [-] day of [-] week or [-] time of day, I get a recording that they are busy and to leave [-] name and number and someone [-] call [-] back. I'm still waiting from 3 work days ago and after 3 total calls and leaving messages, still have not been called back. [-] to ANY other bank other than Bank United.
I'm very frustrated with being told [-] banking app is [-] time then being told it is not which resulted in [-] overdraft fee on [-] account. When calling [-] local branch I'm not being assisted.
[-] bank manager, [-] at [-] round [-] location is rude and threatens people in [-] parking lot. If [-] bank manager is this unprofessional, I highly suggest never using this bank ever.
Update: if you have a complain, [-]’t bother attempting to talk to [-] regional manager. They [-] never get back to you.

Worst customer service ever.
Yesterday I stopped by [-] Nifong ave branch in Columbia about 2pm to speak to someone regarding a autoloan for [-] rate of !.99% as advertised outside [-] bank. [-] Teller s told [-] that [-] [-] officer was gone for [-] day and would take [-] name and phone number and get back to [-] tomorrow. They were very nice about it. Today I called [-] branch because of [-] renewed interest, and spoke to spoke to [-] Baenan regarding a [-] [-] and apparently did'nt know [-] difference between that and a personal [-]. I explained it to him at least twice. Gave him vhicle description and [-] # and asked him to check [-] info himself and confirm value on [-] [-] book site. [-] stated that [-] [-] number wasn't valid evn after I repeated it to him. We were both looking at [-] same [-], but [-] info was completely different, Then [-] [-] his browswer wasn't working, and that [-] could not [-] [-] amount on $10,000.00 on a vhehicle worth at least 11.500. Then something about [-]"S" program that wasn't working, then his browser was't working.[-] was trying everything to [-] [-] off to doing things online. His attitude was so bad that I told him I was [-] audutor from Ashland branch. I lied about that and I [-] apoligize for it. I thougt it better than becomming belligerent. But it was just frustrating that this [-] wasn't willing to [-] [-] extra mile or even just one mile. It was apparent [-] didn't want to deal with [-] and answer [-] questions. I think that [-] could be a fine [-] officer if [-] develops his people skills more, and applies them in his vocation [-] wiould become [-] asset to his firm.

Having dealt with major banking institutions for over forty years, Bank United is by [-] [-] worst in customer service, Nearly every transaction is problematic. [-] 877 number places you on hold for at least 15 or more minutes and then [-] associate answers and is unable to assist. This was [-] worst banking experience I have ever had in [-] entire life. I went into this bank to make a deposit into [-] daughter's bank account.and I was appalled that number one I was not greeted by [-] taller and number two [-] taller had to speak to [-] in somewhat a loud voice because of [-] shield between [-] both of us and 3 feet roped off area that I had to stand behind. I understand [-] safety and precautions due to [-] epidemic but I have [-] issue with someone speaking loudly at [-] while discussing [-] personal information in front of customers. I [-] telling [-] teller I felt uncomfortable giving her [-] personal and banking information out loud in front of strangers. [-] manager must have overheard our conversation because she came over in a rude and hostile manner to tell [-] if I [-]'t like giving [-] personal information out loud I should have filled out a slip with all [-] information. I told her I [-]'t bank at [-] bank and was not aware of any form..[-] manager was extremely rude and raising her voice at [-] in front of personal and customers. This is [-] worst small town bank to [-] [-] with that I have ever experienced. I have been moving [-] accounts to [-] where I have full online authority including [-] ability to send international wires without paying another correspondent bank, and without [-] approval of another supervisor in [-] branch bank. I'm also able to change [-] office address on [-] account online with [-], but Bank United won't even accept [-] coming into a branch, and presenting [-] drivers license, passport, account statement and check book to change [-] [-] address for banking. Had I been able to give [-] bank a "0" rating I would have.
Department Stores [-] Bank pulled [-] credit twice with out [-] permission. Although I meet [-] requirements for a [-]'s card they did not issue [-] one. ([-] figure). I am trying to contact them to tell them to REVMOVE their inquiries. but its nearly impossible. If [-] not receive a response from them I am contacting [-] FTC and anyone who [-] listen. Certified check was sent [-] 14, to your branch in Irvine , was delivered Aug 18, via Fedex, proof on hand. We are [-] 27 still not posted to ROC Title account. [-] question is were is it????

Less than 1 [-] if i could. Recently [-] bank acquired First [-] Banks at [-] [-] of [-] Ozarks. Recently while going through [-] drive through [-] teller addressed [-] by Mr. (last name) then later by [-] first name then asked [-] what [-] occupation was. [-] occupation is none of [-] banks [-]. This was all over [-] intercom system. Easy way for identity theft. [-] teller [-] they were required to ask [-] question. Again I [-] it was none of their [-]. All I want out of a bank is to take [-] money when i deposit it and give it to [-] when I withdraw it. What I [-] for a living is absolutely none of your [-]. What if some wack [-] is listening and [-] sweetheart of a wife answers and tells them now that person knows her name and place of [-]. I'd highly recommend you reverse this policy, if not you [-] find yourself with less customer. I even called [-] bank president and since [-] couldn't answer any of [-] questions i asked him to get [-] in touch with someone higher on [-] food chain. I've yet to get a response.

I found out today it is now Legacy Bank policy NOT to call a customer, even if it is [-] urgent matter. Why?
Because it is policy. I have banked with Legacy Bank since [-] late 70's. I had a personal banker, [-], who unexpectedly died a few yrs back. She never hesitated to call [-] if she saw anything questionable. But this younger generation and their computers think they [-] change all [-] rules of customer service. So i lost [-] unretrieveable amount of $3500 this week because they would not call [-] and tell [-] i had to approve online a $35.00 stop payment fee. I was notified by email (i am retired
