There is no way to contact this bank through email. I am currently out of [-] country and would like to speak with someone about [-] account but I cannot use [-] 800 number because I only have a local SIM card. I would like to just email someone and I have searched numerous places and [-] only way to reach them is via telephone. That makes [-] think this is a really shady [-] and no I'm sorry I ever signed up with them.

This is [-] worst bank that I have ever dealt with. NO NONE answers phone calls, on hold 20 minutes at a clip. No way to contact executive [-]. I can't find out what [-] balance is. Can't find out what is [-] pay off amount. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RATS NEST OF A BANK [-] [-] RATING.

Worst customer service. NO ONE ANSWER'S [-] PHONE. Terrible bank I was on hold for 45 minutes today.
