This is [-] worst company to have a credit card card with ( speedeway). I called to pay off [-] card told [-] [-] total after there going through [-] many prompts on phone . Got [-] total sent a check to [-] out [-] card. To [-] surprise [-] next statement arrives with a 30.00 late fee and a amount due of over 50.00. I called customer service number on invoice spoke with rep and manager on phone . Both told [-] that [-] info I got was wrong and [-] [-]'t know why it [-] that. This company like many with [-] way things are is just looking to make money . Stay away [-]'t [-] [-] with
[-] employees at this branch have been so very helpful to [-]. I’m temporarily living in CT and this [-] nearest branch. As well as being pleasant and efficient working with a medium sized bank is still personal and yet has [-] resources of a larger institution.
I called [-] Customer Service number and got [-] typical recording of "Your call is very important to us..." 22 minutes on hold and finally a human answered [-] phone. Obviously customer calls are not very important to FNB or they would staff [-] customer service lines to avoid these [-] waits. It is obvious that they expect customers to wait 20 minutes or longer because [-] recording tells you to expect a delay of 15 to 20 minutes. Congratulations, you are now as arrogant as [-] Big Banks.

I visited this bank around 10am on Feb. 9th 2022. There are no customer seen at this time. [-] 6 bankers all sitting in their desk with all their eyes fixed to own computer on their desk. I entered bank and look around inside for which one able to take care of [-]. It was so quiet and dark inside.
anyway I able to eye contact with one lady and I got serve for to get 1yr CD mature term 12month balance $10,000 but she gave [-] [-] $10,000.30. I wonder why she gave [-] $10,000.30. Before I had information about IRS notifying above $10,000.01 from one banker who worked at Niles branch. So I called bank which I received $10000.30. Branch Manager [-], [-] Sun [-] that KOREAN People so scare IRS report that's why people withdrawal [-] $9000 or 10000. I asked her that's why you gave [-] $10000.30 to report IRS? I had CD for $10000 not 10000 30cents.
I called [-] customer service and I explained to him. this young [-] [-] that [-] [-] check and [-] transferred this phone back to glenview branch without [-] agree. I told him I just talk to them already, [-]'t transfer [-] to them, I need your answer.....I could get any answer from him. Glenview banker [-] that manager [-] be call [-] back but never call [-] back. This bank people was tried to IRS report their customer. 1yr CD contracted for $10000 according to their table [-] but she gave [-] 10000doller 30cent to get [-] report IRS. for induce IRS investigation. BOH has Very Very evil idea. Bank of [-] has ULGY mind. Also I never seen in any American Bank of all employee just sitting and watching computer looks like all serious [-] doing from manager to down employee.
[-] saying says...."at [-] shoe maker's house, everyone is bare foot. In [-] case, Semper Green Lawnscape meticulates [-] grass, and yes, it's always beautiful and green.

Balance transfer from FNBO to Mr. [-]/Nationstar has not been completed although I have been billed by FNBO.
On 10/26/2020 I took advantage of a First [-] Bank of Omaha promotion and transferred $1477.82 to pay off [-] Mr. [-]/Nationstar credit card ending in 9694. FNBO billed [-] [-] same day. [-] transfer to Mr. [-]/Nationstar has never been completed! I called FNBO around 11/10 and was told I had to wait 21 days. I called again when 21 days had lapsed and was told [-] payment was cashed 10/30 by Wells Fargo! I have NEVER had [-] account with Wells Fargo! I was told they would look into it and get back to [-]. I have not heard from FNBO.

I want a refund from FNBO of $1477.82 plus interest that has been charged. This is a mistake made by FNBO and I want [-] immediate refund.

This bank is a complete [-]. 3 years of NEVER MISSING PAYMENTS, they closed [-] account because of excessive inquiries. Never bothered to see that I purchased a [-] [-] Dodge Product, but closed [-] account because [-] dealership was trying to get [-] [-] best deal.

They are receiving [-] worst rating possible due to their lack of concern or assistance in helping us through a case of identity theft and fraud involving our checking account. We have been well established customers for a good part of 15 years. Our mortgage [-] was acquired by Umpqua Bank with a merger with our original lender about six years ago. We were informed with less than two to [-] end of [-] that our [-] had been sold to Flagstar Bank in [-], [-] and all payments and correspondence would have to be arranged with that institution as of Oct. 1, 2019. Thanks Umpqua Bank, you call yourself "[-] World's Greatest Bank", I would say you could be accused of false advertising. I did stop in to see [-] Store Manager (apparently they [-]'t have bank managers), to see if our [-] could stay with Umpqua, she informed [-] a week later (Sept. 30) after I had to call her back, that nothing could be done. I wasn't surprised to hear that. But I [-] not [-] any [-] with Umpqua in [-] future, this has left a bad taste in [-] mouth.
I am a fairly [-] resident of Friendship Village moving from [-]. Having in house banking service was a welcome surprise. [-] is helpful, cheerful and always seems to have time for his customers. [-] is a gem and Unity is [-] to have him here
This has been [-] bank for many years. Excellent service.
I find this branch a great addition to [-] life here in Friendship Village. [-] always welcomes [-] with a smile and takes time to help [-]. [-] is a true asset to [-] bank.
Get a different credit card! Customer service [-] not help a customer but [-] [-] everything they can to help [-] bank. Hidden fees and additional interest charges are added even after [-] credit card has been paid off in full. Interest is charged on a [-] balance. [-] yourself a favor and [-]’t bank or get a credit card with this bank. This include [-] Vegas Mlife rewards credit card. This is [-] card I have and have was forced to pay all [-] additional fees since [-] bank puts all [-] blame on its clients and not once apologizing for [-] inconvenience or showing any empathy.

Political Bias. I was shocked when I saw a political campaign endorsement sign on [-] property of this location. As a client with multiple accounts I feel that such endorsements have know place in [-] customer service and financial [-] arena.
[-] Manager [-] [-] is rude and unprofessional. She needs to [-] to customer service training or be fired. This location [-] lose many more customers if they [-] her around.
[-]'t expect timely resolution to a credit card dispute. In [-].mean time your credit is [-] and they never asked for proof, which I had plenty of to give them. Use pay [-] instead.
