Bank did not help [-] get [-] funds back for a forged check, [-] letter I got back [-] denyed for a blank check, it was not a blank check, it was a typed [-] check, that former employee forged signature and receive funds twice. I closed [-] account and took [-] restaurant [-] elsewhere. You are so eager to get [-] [-], but when there are issues you look [-] other way. Also did not appreciate [-] teller, speaking about [-] [-] at [-] teller station while other customers were waiting in [-]. I am very disappointed in [-] "world's best bank" that just really did nothing for [-] in [-] situation. If I could I would give a 0.

was at [-] branch waiting in [-], when over heard [-] teller discuss another customers [-] loudly something about a forge check that got cashed stated, We [-] not check all checks that come in, we can not possibly [-] that." I was very distraught over this conversation as this should have been handled in a private area so other customers are not in ear range. If that was [-], I would not bank here any more, and I am debating whether to [-] [-] account with you as well. This was unprfessional and irrisponsible to [-] other customer's [-] which should have been kept confidential. [-] was [-] teller.
