No one ever answers [-] phone and never returns calls promptly. We have banked here for years, but [-] soon be changing if customer service doesn't improve. Thank you.

[-] inability to get into [-] account when all I need is a simple fund check bites. I have been trying to get into [-] account for [-] last 10minutes. Someone could have come in [-] gotten [-] information in that amount of time. Google doesn't need any of [-] information. Unless I want to give it to them and I [-]'t . Making [-] use a search engine I [-]'t usually use for important information. Isn't a good thing. I try to use one with a better reputation of [-] ethics.
