The Bank of Vernon Corporate

They refuge to give [-] money I Inherited from deceased husband. I am 76 years old and need [-] $825 accidently paid to [-] husband's [-] visa. I asked them to join in on a conference call with [-] lawyer. I am so frustrated.

Not [-] with this branch/branch manager. We were forced to start dealing with a branch 11 [-] away when our local branch was closed. I had [-] urgent, timely matter to take care of so I called and provided them with a whole lot of information and easily passed their identity test. [-] manager still [-] no because [-] had not yet met [-]. If that was going to be his requirement to allow [-] to continue doing [-], as usual, with Atlantic Union Bank, [-]/[-] bank should have informed [-]. Or, [-] branch manager should have stood at [-] [-] to meet and [-] everyone who passed through.

PLEASE REMOVE [-] AS [-] PHONE NUMBER!!! THIS IS NOT REGIONS BANK!!!!

I just started with them as a Referral of a friend who has been with them with out any [-]

I have always had automobile loans through First Community Bank in [-], West [-] but as soon as [-] current [-] is paid off I [-] no longer be using this bank. I called to make a payment on Friday [-] 28th, 2021 through one of [-] agents in [-] office and have never had such a hard time in [-] life paying a [-]. I explained that I wanted to pay [-] [-] that day as it was a holiday weekend and I did not want to wait until [-], I had to call [-] bank eight times to finally speak with someone. [-] receptionist transferred [-] to a voicemail every time until I finally became frustrated and asked her name so I could let [-] bank manager know [-] [-] transaction was handled. [-] receptionist refused to give [-] her name and then proceeded to laugh and say "what did I [-]?" After I told her I would be filing a complaint on her she [-] "[-] right ahead." I have always had very great experiences at this bank until this one and [-] not return [-] [-] here if something is not done about [-] rude and unprofessional behavior I witnessed last week.

Excellent! Love [-] convenient location and [-] hours for a working single mom they are perfectly located all over town for your convenience and their hours of operation make it easy to [-] your banking early or late.

I have been banking with Woodforest Bank for quite awhile and I have never experienced bad customer service. They always seem to be eager to help [-] or answer any questions I might have. [-] up [-] great work, I really appreciate it and I am sure there are many others that [-] too.

I own GUALALA [-] Supply, a [-] material supplier located in GUALALA.
One of [-] customers entered [-] GUALALA Branchtoday and they were given a $10 off coupon to one of [-] competitors.
Since when did Westamerica start endorsing businesses that compete with other clients??
This seemed tacky and desperate.....and highly inappropriate.

Why doesn’t anyone answer [-] phone. I’m standing outside trying to get at question answered, looking right at [-] workers sitting at their desks doing nothing while [-] phone is ringing. And why [-]’t you put up plexiglass like [-] and other banks so you can allow your customers in [-] branch. Ridiculous! As soon as this is over I’m switching all of [-] 5 accounts to another bank.... aggghhh 🤬

I went to this location to add [-] spouse to [-] account. They did not [-] that, [-] paperwork did not get turned in and I have called 3 times with no call back and [-] spouse still is not added. I [-] be calling and reporting this again tomorrow!

Had [-] with harassment from this branch's manager. Made a 14k check deposit in [-] lobby, with [-] manager reviewing [-] check and doing [-] necessary override,to deposit [-] check. [-] manager willfully withheld that it was his intent to place a hold on [-] check, I know this because its basically what [-] told [-] when I questioned him about [-] issue. Anyway, [-] check cleared [-] very next day, and I issued [-] checks to [-] employees. Since this branch didn't have lobby hours on Saturdays, I went into another branch with [-] intent on paying out a charged off account and opening another. One phone call from this branch to [-] branch with [-] unprofessional manager, and by 10 am [-] [-] had placed a manual hold on [-] funds, creating [-] uproar with [-] employees who were issued checks, because up until 10 am, [-] funds were available. When asked about [-] issue, [-] justified his actions by hiding behind written bank policies, a policy which says they would inform customers of check holds at [-] time of deposit, issued to every [-] account holder. This is professional abuse of [-] at it's lowest. I'm not paranoid, I'm a college educated businessman who's had many bad managers under his management, and I'm saying objectively, that this [-]'s actions were purely subjective as this is not [-] first run in [-] and I have had. I attribute his recent actions to personal feelings resulting from that first run in, when I told him "I [-]'t like your attitude, let [-] talk with your boss". Overall I've been [-] with Gulf Coast bank and I intend on moving [-] account to another branch just to avoid another run in with this [-], cause I know if [-] see's this complaint, [-]'s gonna be gunning for [-]. One bad [-] doesn't spoil [-] whole bunch.

Staff is Always polite, helpful and focused at any branch have been a client for 10 years plus !

This ATM ruined our week. Never have I had [-] ATM [-] [-] card, because it [-] it suspected fuad, with no phone number to contact for assistance. [-] not use this ATM!!!

[-] Libertyville Savings Bank in Keota has [-] BEST staff!! They are friendly and KNOW their [-] well!!

We were very [-] to have a small town bank able to service our banking needs in [-] beginning; however that quickly changed. There is no help after hours at all for your account and they aren’t [-] on Saturdays. [-] staff seems to be able to control more than they have [-] maturity to handle such as withholding ones funds until they see fit to release them and they tend to talk back to customers when they aren’t [-] ones who are correct. I have never had another bank talk back to [-] or to tell [-] I’m wrong when I am repeating what they told [-] I’m [-] same conversation. This has now happened many times. Hopefully someone with some authority [-] read this and reach out to us because there are some very big [-] they need to fix.

They need to get their act together and all get on [-] same [-]. This isn’t [-] McDonalds drive through it’s peoples money. You should know [-] to [-] your jobs!

Why is there such disparity between full service branches in [-] Springfield, VA area? There is only one and I must drive over 10 [-] to get to it. Yet there are six full service branches between Oakton and McLean, VA. When [-] Capital One realize that there [-] banking system does not work and reopen local full service branches for its remaining customers?

Great shipping store, it has been around for a [-] time, [-] employees are super helpful and knowledgeable, they offer a lot of additional services, I would not [-] anywhere [-].

[-] Waterstone US Bank never has any money in it to dispense. i went to their ATM 3 times this week around 8am (before they [-]) and each time it was not able to dispense "Unable to Withdraw" what a shame that I can't even get money out of [-] own bank before they [-] at their ATM. This has happened to [-] multiple times. You would think that they would fill it up at [-] end of every work day. Very poor and I should be compensated back for [-] fees I have to pay to get money out of another banks ATM
