I went in to increase [-] online [-] pay for gas [-] and get money orders for a couple of bills. I spent over a hour in [-] bank and come to find out that Nothing that l went into [-] bank to get done had not been done at all but a payment sent out that l didn’t approve and they REFUSED to refund [-] and gave [-] a whole lot of run around and Disrespect. They made [-] Error and sent [-] a bogus letter with no signature or contact info and just a lot of [-]
