Poor service. 2 weeks ago on Friday [-] day I waited 40 minutes . Drive in only.
Today 1 hour and fifteen minutes . Sign [-] closed.
Once in [-] , about 20 cars you can't get out.
Could not [-] BBT they [-] t b ey were not I treated.
This is [-] worst transition merger I have ever witnessed.
No one cares. Try calling. You get [-] box full. Check [-] many years I have been a customer I GA and [-].
You spend all this advertising money and are [-] worst bank I have ever done [-].
I was GM of a NYSE company.
I [-] know a little about [-] and [-] to run it

I would Fire [-] [-] in charge of this merger.
Try using your own branches as a customer.
Sad.
