[-] means a part of a review was redacted. Names, profanity, phone numbers, account numbers, and email addresses being the main reasons. False positives happen as well, better to ere on the side of safety we think.

[-] wife passed away on 1/6/21. She handled all [-] bank and book keeping for [-] last 20 years. I went to [-] regions bank and Mrs. [-] [-] took [-] under her [-] and helped [-] re organize [-] bills/ She went above and beyond to help [-] and when I left she was more like a friend than just a bank employee. With employees like Mrs. [-], no wonder we have banked at Regions for 20 years.
