Complaint: To : Bank Of America , N.A . I write to advise you that I plan to file a lawsuit against you in the United States District Court Middle District of Florida Orlando Division due to your multiple and ongoing willful violations of the FCRA and FDCPA. I need you to provide me with a list of options and preferred options to have the Summons and Complaint served upon you.
