They are everything they are advertised to be
Great online service and always a [-] human on [-] phone right here in Americavduring [-] hours. If you need anything on [-] weekend you can send [-] email but you wont get a reply til Monday. I have always had a great experience with all of [-] customer service reps who have answered [-] phone, and they have great interest rates. WTG NBKC!!!
