I called in early yesterday afternoon 1/18/22 to have a Block removed from [-] Debit Card and spoke to a young lady who saw [-] 2 uses I had made of [-] Debit Card and took [-] Block off [-] card and [-] two charges went through for a total of 76 dollars. Later in [-] evening I noticed that [-] Account had been charged [-] 76 dollars twice, so I called customer service at 1 800 869 3557 and spoke with a person who identified herself as [-]. I told her that [-] Account had been double billed and that I needed one of [-] 76 dollar charges reversed. She had taken [-] Identification and knew that I was [-] owner of [-] Account, but she told [-] she could not reverse [-] one 76 dollar charge, and that I would have to File a Claim. I told her that I was [-] Account owner and asked her to simply reverse [-] one 76 dollar charge. She refused, told [-] I had to file a Claim and it would need to be investigated, or I would have to call [-] payee and get them to call Wells Fargo and tell them to reverse it. I did not want [-] charge investigated because I told her that they would say it was "Fraud" and then I would have to [-] through [-] problem of waiting for another Debit Card to be mailed to [-]. She then began to talk over [-] and would not let [-] talk. I finally asked her to tell [-] when she was done talking over [-] so I could say what I wanted to say without being interrupted. She was Angry and finally [-] I am through now. I again requested that she simply reverse one of [-] 76 dollar charges on [-] Account but she refused. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, and waited approximately 8 minutes when a woman introduced to [-] as [-] came on [-] [-] as [-] Superivsor. She asked [-] what happened, and I explained to her what took place. She never answered [-] after I finished, she just [-] up [-] phone on [-]. That was about 1 am this morning, and I called back one more time and spoke one more time to Customer Service. This bank has strange quirks, if you choose to use them, I advise you only [-] a single account. If you [-] a checking account and a money market account, you receive two identical debit cards each labelled "debit VISA checking" Why can't they note on [-] card "money market" instead of "checking"??? Or make [-] card a different color?? If you order checks, they also arrive looking exactly [-] same. Furthermore, when you receive [-] cards you must call one number to activate [-] card and a 2nd number to select a PIN. If you read their instructions telling you to activate your pin [-] first time you use [-] card, you [-] fail. If you try to use a card, because they are both debit cards, they [-] not approve transactions that exceed [-] funds, which is reasonable. However, they [-] [-] [-] card and issue a fraud alert instead of texting you "insufficient funds". Really, [-] customer experience has been very negative for [-].

Local Sonoma Branch has no sense of customer service. Refused to take telephone instructions to not roll over CD and then rolled over at minimal interest rate for one year.Demanded we appear in person to give instructions or claim proceeds at [-] end of [-] next period. I was very excited when I saw [-] Ridge Bank, N.A. on Google because they provide a free checking account. Then I called them on [-] second working day, but unfortunately, none of them answered [-] call. I didn’t give up, I emailed them, excitingly, I received their reply via email [-] next day. Then, I told them [-] needs and all [-] [-] I faced during [-] pandemic. Soon I received their reply, and they told [-] that their free checking account can meet [-] needs, and those [-] I face [-] not affect [-] to [-] a free checking account. I remember very clearly that I confirmed to them twice about these issues, they still told [-] that these [-] would not affect [-] as their customer. So [-] I have been very excited and [-]. Next, they asked [-] to submit [-] account opening application on their website, [-] second month after [-] application was submitted, they finally responded to [-], and they asked [-] to send [-] [-] IDs to them, and sign [-] application, and I also deposited 100$ into [-] [-] account via wire transfer and paid a wire transfer receiving fee of 16$ (they cannot make deposits through ACH.). Then [-] next day they sent [-] [-] online banking details. All this seems perfect. But unfortunately, [-] problem started a month later, suddenly they sent [-] [-] email and asked [-] to provide more documents to be able to continue to use [-] account. I was very surprised and tried to explain to them again [-] [-] I am facing during [-] pandemic. Then they understood [-] difficulties and gave [-] a month to prepare these documents. Unfortunately, during [-] pandemic, [-] relevant departments were unable to answer [-] phone.
Really, I was very disappointed after I got online banking details, because [-] UI of their online banking [-] is very bad and [-] mobile app is also very difficult to use. In fact, they [-] to close [-] account and I [-]'t feel any pity.
At [-] beginning of [-], I was suddenly unable to login to [-] online banking account. Then I sent [-] email and called them to ask them why. They did not reply to [-] emails, but just called [-] back and told [-] that they would help [-] to reset [-] online bank account. And they never told [-] that [-] account has been closed, as of today, they have not wanted to refund [-] money. I am very angry. I have sent them another email and called them. Ah, I just [-] they can refund [-] money.

This credit card was linked to another company as a security identifier requiring its number,expiration date and security [-]. I want answers and would like to know why this banking center sends out promotions if you know that you are not going to follow through with your promises. I have lost all trust in [-] facility and if I should receive any promotional offers in [-] future, I already know to disregard them and trash them because it's all lies.
I could have chosen to [-] [-] account anywhere but I chose this one. As [-] 83 year old women with social security as direct deposit I was surprised to receive a letter stating that within 30 days [-] account would be closed?! This is no way to treat customers. I plan to change banks now. I guess they weren't making enough money on [-].

I've had a [-] fund at 118 from [-] Rockefeller.
Consumer [-] officer could not provide a vehicle [-] for a [-]. A customer with a credit score of 800 having savings and checking accounts with direct deposits in excess of $3,000 [-] month. Went down [-] street and had [-] needed funds approved within 25 minutes. You need to give your [-] officers [-] ability to support your A customers.
I opened a CD that was paying a nice high rate. I received a letter about [-] account being inactive. I went to [-] bank and their clerk told [-] all was fine. Later I went to check and I was told [-] bank no longer had our money. This bank sent [-] money to [-] state and [-] they closed [-] account due to inactivity. [-] ridiculous is that. Of course there is inactivity you [-]'t withdraw from a CD because you get penalties. Run from this bank. They [-]'t help you resolve [-] problem. This was their way of avoiding paying [-] high interest they claim to offer. I am still trying to get [-] mother's money from [-] state. This was [-] money of [-] 84 year old widow on a fixed income. This bank rips you off. I [-] this review helps save someone [-] [-] I am going thru.
