Citizens First Bank Corporate

[-] bank location is Mulberry and I am extremely upset by [-] poor service I received from [-] teller to [-] branch manager in [-] last week. I cashed in [-] [-] portfolio [-] transferred it to Citizens. I went in to withdraw [-] amount in [-] on Monday [-] 16th. [-] teller kept asking [-] "WHY" I wanted that much money in [-]. I informed her it wasn't her [-]. She then asked if I knew [-] much money that was? I informed her I knew EXACTLY [-] much it was. She then [-] she has to speak to [-] manager. I [-] fine. [-] manager came to [-] and explained that it would take a few days as they didn't have that kind of money on hand and that I could come back on Wednesday. Fine. I came back on Wednesday [-] 16th to withdraw [-] money. [-] teller needed to speak to [-] supervisor who came to [-] window and informed [-] " We [-]'t have your money." I asked why and was told it would take a week that they needed to 'order' [-] money and she would probably order it on Thursday. I asked it I came in on Monday why they didn't order it them and I told her I was told to come back on Wednesday. She [-] I was told NEXT Wednesday, in a week. I [-] NO I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK ON WEDNESDAY. She argued with [-] in a loud authoritative manor making sure everyone around her heard her put [-] in [-] place. I was embarrassed and furious. I wrote [-] Manager Ms. Zimmerman a letter about this poor customer service I received and had delivered it to her on Friday [-] 20th. I have not received a phone call or [-] from [-] manager about this issue. I have never received this kind of poor customer service from any organization in [-] [-] [-] in management. As of today November 24th I have not received any conformation on when I can get [-] MONEY from this bank. I [-] be moving all [-] accounts from this bank and I [-] also spread [-] word about [-] poor service I have received.
