I am [-] Evaluator and I contracted with [-] Mystery Shopping for evaluating services at NASB. [-] Simbro is [-] project manager for NASB. I had [-] unpleasant experience where they encouraged [-] to complete 3 evaluations at 3 different NASB branches in Kansas City area and they refused to pay [-]. Their directions are vague, catch all possibilities , so in [-] end they arrogate [-] “privilege” of not paying evaluators/secret shoppers, blaming in [-] client. These three assignments I took on were time distanced apart, few days between [-] first one and [-] other two. Although [-] Simbro was in communication with [-], after [-] completing [-] first assignment she did not signal any issue. She waited few days for [-] to complete all [-] assignments and than she imputed [-] [-] issue that is very vague, and does not have anything to [-] with [-] purpose of [-] assignment that is to evaluate [-] services at [-] branch. She imputed [-] that there is a certain amount of money that I need to use in [-] scenario, $2500 but this is no stated clearly in [-] guidelines. I believe that they encourage people who contract with them to waist their time, resources and effort and than they use [-] product they deliver redirect it to different evaluators in a network of friends and family. They [-] not pay for services of some people, while giving a sweet deal to others.
I [-] that I [-] be payed for [-] services and that [-] follows [-] same guidelines for everyone, and not take advantage of some people who work for free. I [-] not believe that their research studies use accuracy and provide their clients with valid results.
