First Palmetto Bank Corporate

I bought a vehicle and wired money to FPB to payoff [-] [-] on 10/28. I was told that [-] title would be sent to [-] [-] day after [-] wire was completed on that Monday and I would have it by [-] end of [-] week. Over a week later, I still [-] not have [-] title so I contacted [-] bank and they [-] it would be sent out today via regular [-]. I asked if they would expedite it based off of what they originally told [-]. [-] rep told [-] to email her manager to see if it was possible and to leave her [-] phone number. I did that around noon time. [-] manager just emailed [-] back hours later all she [-] is it was mailed regular [-] today. Not once did she address [-] concerns about [-] situation that had happened. They also misspelled [-] street name that was correctly provided to them so I [-] that it makes it here and is not delayed any further. Very poor customer service was provided both times while dealing with this bank. I would have been more satisfied if [-] S, [-] manager in [-] payoff department would have at [-] very least apologized for their mistake and still sent it regular [-] but to not even acknowledge [-] concern at all is a poor example of a manager and customer service representative.
