Complaint: On XX/XX/2024 My phone was phished by calling XXXX XXXX to discuss why my bank transfer from Washington Federal Bank had not been processed yet, during that call the member on the other line indicated that they were looking into it but we got disconnected when I was placed on hold. The account was in my husband XXXX XXXX name and number they sent him a text message see attached to tell him to call them back, which I only saw at a later time. After that point, I noticed my XXXX XXXX had XXXX purchased and sold, and several transactions were processed see attached photos. Transactions started at XXXX XXXX with them trying to add {$750.00} to my XXXX XXXX account it was declined and failed, at that point they then added XXXX to the account which they then purchased XXXX in XXXX I had a money balance on my XXXX XXXX account that they also used. From there they attempted to add XXXX and were declined/failed @ XXXX XXXX, they then attempted to add XXXX and it was declined/failed. then XXXX was again decline/failed again attempting to add XXXX failed, at this point at XXXX they added a debit card that was saved to my phone that was attached to my sons Washington Federal Bank account and moved XXXX to my Washington Federal Checking account where they then were able to add XXXX dollars to XXXX XXXX @ XXXX at that time they sold the XXXX on XXXX XXXX for XXXX. There was another attempt to add XXXX to XXXX XXXX which was declined and marked as fraud by XXXX XXXX @ XXXX XXXX after that they cashed out XXXX to my XXXX account see attached photos. at XXXX XXXX they made another attempt to add money to XXXX XXXX for XXXX which failed. At this point the money was all gone from mine and my son 's Washington federal accounts and XXXX XXXX and was all moved to my XXXX account see attached photos. Meanwhile they were doing the same thing in XXXX they moved all monies from our Credit builder account into the checking account and sent XXXX to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. At XXXX they moved the XXXX from XXXX XXXX to XXXX, at XXXX XXXX they sent XXXX to XXXX XXXX then again @ XXXX XXXX they send XXXX to same person leaving {$5.00} left in my XXXX XXXX account. At which point I saw all the transactions and immediately started online fraud cases with XXXX XXXX and Washington federal. I called all 3 as well to inform them of what was going on so that they could freeze my accounts.
XXXX XXXX has opened 2 cases not and indicated that because it was done from my phone that it was done with my knowledge, which it was not, that they are declining my requests for fraud and will not seek further approval for repayment.
I am still currently waiting on the cases from Washington Federal and XXXX XXXX.
Thank you for your assistance with this matter and all that you can do to help me with helping me to obtain a solution in my case

Complaint: This is regarding debit card dispute # XXXX. I opened this dispute with WaFD bank on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX due to a merchant charging my debit card for a cancelled recurring transaction. I explained to WaFD the merchant was not supposed to charge my card for this transaction and it was very urgent I recovered these funds as soon as possible for XXXX bills. I spent over XXXX XXXX on the phone trying to get the XXXX credit processed or expedited, but WaFD bank had no standardized process to do this. I also sent them confirmation of cancellation from the XXXX via XXXX and they have not been able to help. The XXXX XXXX I spoke to contacted a branch for assistance and informed me I should be getting a call from them to confirm information and get a status update on the credit, which never occurred.
I went the entire long holiday weekend without access to my funds, and it is now past the XXXX of the month and my account still hasnt been credited. I called again this morning and wasnt able to get to a XXXX over the phone - I could only put a request in to get a callback within XXXX hours. The agent I spoke to today was also unable to assist and informed me I would have to wait until the XXXX business day for the credit to be applied.
I am behind on my XXXX bills that are very urgent, including my XXXX, due to this situation and no assistance from WaFD. I need this credit applied to my account as soon as possible, as I have provided all necessary information and put in more than enough time to get this done.

Reviews[-] means a part of a review was redacted. Names, profanity, phone numbers, account numbers, and email addresses being the main reasons. False positives happen as well, better to ere on the side of safety we think.
