Reviews

[-] means a part of a review was redacted. Names, profanity, phone numbers, account numbers, and email addresses being the main reasons. False positives happen as well, better to ere on the side of safety we think.

I am a frequent customer of [-] Bank and also had [-] awful experience with Lead Operations Manager [-] [-]. I've been a customer for over 25 years and one of [-] top clients for another branch. I've had to come her because of COVID and this is a poorly run branch when it comes to complex transactions. Everyone is a number, not a client. [-] lack of a relationship [-] is [-] crux of [-] problem.

I asked what alternatives were available. I provided [-] Amex Card, [-] [-] Credit Card, [-] Costco Citibank card, and a few other forms of ID but nothing would satisfy her. I [-]'t sign [-] cards b/c they say see ID for [-] protection.

When I raised [-] voice in dismay, she hid behind [-] mantra of you are harassing [-]. If raising your voice is harassment, then I'm sorry, you [-]'t belong in customer service, nor should you have [-] privilege of [-] [-]. Sorry, snowflakes.

In fact, we should all recommend that she be fired for not being able to take constructive criticism. Her demeanor, uppity, and belief that she's doing you a service is why I severely dislike this branch.

Please ask [-] manager to fire her or ask for her manager to demote her.

She is a liability to [-] bank!

I am particularly appreciative of [-] bank's being [-] Saturdays. In addition, staff is efficient and pleasant. (Note that [-] is immeasureably better for [-] than [-] bank from which I transferred, especially in terms of [-] bank's location, longer hours., and staff efficiency
