I have always received [-] and friendly service from [-] [-] customer Service agents at [-] Hulen Mall location. I always use [-] drive thru lanes at this location. [-] tellers are Polite and friendly. Since I turned 72 years old I have become somewhat forgetful, But they never fail to Politely remind [-] when I forget something. [-] Dullea.

I had a landscaping company write [-] out a check today out of his checking book. I took [-] check to Bank of [-] in [-] by [-] [-]. I had to stand in [-] for quite a while and I am disabled all while there was a gentleman standing around watching I heard one lady talking about getting shrimp or something from St. [-] that conversation was just going on and on while all these people are standing in [-] so then I finally get [-] turn I just want to [-] this check cause this [-] his workers were cutting grass and shot a [-] at [-] truck and [-] was paying [-] deductible. Your gal behind [-] counter tells [-] I [-]’t have [-] account there so she has to charge [-] 8 dollars well that as much as I didn’t agree with it because it was his check from your bank. But then she wanted [-] to [-] sit on a couch to wait again well I’m sorry I already waited in [-] you take care of [-] that is not right just to get a check cashed from someone who has [-] account with you people that’s why I came there in [-] first place. That is [-] worst service I’ve ever had at a bank I’m [-] I [-]’t have [-] money there it would have been out of there already very poor customer service!!!

Love [-] people and love banking with them.

Please [-] not close this branch. There are many seniors in this city that need this bank location.[-]’t close this branch please

Manteno il Bank is [-] worst bank I ever been , not knowledgeable about banking...............

[-] many times [-] I have to [-] to this location with people lined up out on [-] sidewalk and only one teller? It's disgraceful. All of [-] people in [-] are upset and yet [-] employees [-] though this [-] and never say a thing. They completely ignore [-] obvious. I [-]'t know what [-] reasons for this are and I [-] not have to, but you need to [-] something about it. You are not taking care of your clientele. It shouldn't take a half hour to get to see a teller.

I opened [-] acount in port [-] [-] Iived on [-] st this was in [-] year of 1980s I just want to find out if account is still active and if there is any thing in it I worked on scallop boats out of Cape [-] [-] phone number is 802 591 06 04 thank you

I have a Probate [-] ordered Checking Conservator Acct. for [-] mom. When she passed on [-]. 12th Your employees locked [-] out of [-] account. [-] Lawyer has left multiple messages for your legal [-] but they have not called him back. I am legally bond to pay off [-] mother's debts from this Conservator Acct. I would appreciate your help. If you need to please send it to your legal [-] So that I can rest assured that [-] mother's debts are cleared.Thank you

[-] St. [-] Beach branch of Fifth Third Bank was negligent in not identifying within [-] first few minutes of our applying for a home equity [-] that since our home was in a flood zone AE we would require flood insurance, which we had already decided not to purchase. This obvious requirement for thousands of homes in [-] area should have been pointed out...before asking for and obtaining unbelievable amounts of personal and confidential information that weeks later would turn out to be useless to them and greatly delay our looking for a [-] elsewhere.
