Terrible customer service from [-]. Rude and [-] not [-] out of her way to help. Three visits to this local branch to end having to drive to West [-] branch to get good service. [-] needs to move on. She is very rude and provides no purpose at that branch

Been there over 20 years now in this huricane having [-] getting them to companionate with over draft fees made during hurricane [-] 500 they charging . Bad buisness work with ur costumers compation they say we give you 108 out of 500 that’s crazy doing this recovery effort we all going through. Where is a good customer if you can’t help them in hard times.3
