[-] bank itself, and its staff, are super friendly and have been very helpful. when theyre [-]. if you try to make a purchase after hours, and their system thinks its fradulent, however, your card is immediately locked, and you are unable to use [-] card until [-] enxt time you are able to contact them. I attempted to purchase a limited time collectible item when it dropped at 9pm and [-] card detected it as a fraudulent charge due to [-] seller being in canada. this is incredibly frustrating as I am unable to move money to paypal, cashapp, or venmo, due to [-] card being locked now. would be great if they had [-] option after hours to confirm whether or not a charge is indeed made by you or not, but they [-] not. they have a "self service" option, but it attempts to connect you to a live agent, which is not available as they are closed, and you remain in a call with "all agents are busy" messages until you finally decide to hang up
