Untrustworthy. They refuse to [-] Direct Payment Authorization which was sent in [-] 30 2021. It's excuse after excuse. They even attempted to tell his banker that [-] had insufficient funds on a conference call. His banker flat out told [-] lady that absolutely IS NOT [-] CASE. Are they trying to ruin his credit? [-]'s called every other day and still received no answer on why they are appearing to make [-] attempt to put [-] account into default.

I love [-] customer service at this branch. [-] staff there has always treated [-] with courtesy and respect, always greeting [-] as if they remember who I am.
