It is absolutely ridiculous trying to get in [-] drive thru at [-] main Sevierville branch since "temporarily' closing of branch on Collier Dr. I was in [-] for almost 30 minutes on Friday 07/10 before getting to window. If this continues, we [-] probably consider changing to a bank that has more than one location available.. .
