Mission National Bank Corporate

I have had many [-] this year with Mission [-] Bank. First, a [-] I paid with Paypal that bills [-] checking account was charged twice, which led them to think there was possible fraud. It was to [-] internet security company that used Paypal here in California, but instantly put it in at [-] very same time to Paypal in England. [-] bank then saw a double charge at [-] same time by [-] same company and put a hold on [-] account. [-] account. I was double charged, didn't know it and they then blocked [-] account even though I paid for it. [-] notices of this incident kept coming by phone calls that were not answered by [-] bank until a day or so later. [-] person on [-] phone kept saying they had to talk to [-] supervisor and would call [-] back. Usually that was several days later. They never were clear on what they were going to [-]. I told them "Forget it. I [-] pay for [-] double charge. In fact, I already have." They however kept on with their annoying calls. Then I went to check [-] account on [-] today and found that [-] password was not working.
[-] father was [-] [-] Officer and Comptroller of major [-] Force SAC bases, so I [-] come from a background that has [-] understanding of money. Perhaps they might hire people there that [-] not frustrate clients, but act with efficiency. I took out [-] account there when they had a branch in Berkeley. Everything ran rather smoothly. Now, that they have one branch in San [-], they [-]'t seem to be on target. I am very disappointed with them. I am about to file a complaint with [-] Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
I would give [-] bank 0 [-] but it seems 1 [-] is [-] lowest you can list here.
