Because [-] lady at [-] desk named Maryian could not interpret plain and simple English, I had to take [-] [-] to another institution. She didn’t understand what I was talking about and misinterpreted what I had [-] into a completely different circumstance. She did not have enough English competency to work in a position such as hers. I’m surprised [-] she gets by working for a company such as Bank of [-].

As [-] octogenarian, having lived in multiple states, I have dealt with many banks. [-] Onalaska First State Bank stands out among them all! Great service and very pleasant staff. They are [-] [-] "Down Home" people! Since we have moved, we really [-] them!!!

I love this bank! I opened [-] account when I first came to Shepherd over 12 years ago. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and [-] Bank Manager Buna Jones does a wonderful [-].

[-] at this branch went above and beyond to help [-] with [-] issue I was having. She spent and hour with [-] helping [-] get [-] answers i needed . I started out going to [-] [-] [-] branch and but waited 25 minutes with no help, I then drove to Larchmont where i waited a short 5 minutes and [-] helped [-]. I really appreciate her fantastic Customer Service. I highly recommend this branch, I over heard another employee [-] who was also going above and beyond to help her customers. Amazing JPMC Branch.
