Bank Manager at your 119th and South Penn location never wears a mask and all of [-] people [-] when I have been in there. Today she had [-] elderly [-] and women in there not 6 feet from her and they had a mask on. She did not. I told and employee to tell her to wear a mask and that girl laughed at [-]. This is not funny with over a half of million people in [-] [-] have died from this terrible pandemic. I have [-] [-] load and hate going in there because she thinks she is above all in there. Because of many, terrible teller's mistakes [-] credit score went sharply down and they try to cover it not let [-] talk with their supervisor.

This branch was as amazing experience, [-] customer service was amazing, as well as [-] product service. I would definenty recommend this branch to others based on teamwork, customer service and product knowledge
I came through [-] drive thru yesterday and it took [-] teller over 20 minutes to [-] a transfer from one account to another because she was having a [-] conversation with [-] workers and taking her time while [-] driver behind [-] was blowing his horn at [-] everytime I come there is always a issue with tellers talking and laughing nobody has time for that theses days while [-] [-] is a mile [-] she seemed to try to be smart with [-] which is not professional they need to be retrained and show customers respect I hate that location I want [-] bank at Southgate [-] teller are awesome.and nice and pleasant and [-].
This Bank in town has been opened on Saturday ever since it was built. Then TBK took over now it's closed on Saturday. I work past 6 pm on Friday and only could [-] there on Saturday. Looking at one of [-] other banks in town to put [-] money.

Since TBK has taken over customer service has tanked. You can not get a call back. When you [-] [-] in to [-] bank you wait for service while 4 people stand around doing nothing. They fail to listen to your concerns or follow through on what they [-] [-]. I [-] not recommend using them.
I have been personally banking with TBK for years. They are always helpful, kind, and they always have [-] best rates in [-] nation.
I just retired from a [-] that has almost 100 stores in [-] state of [-] We use [-] TBK on 10th St. in Silvis [-] I [-]’t seen such terrible customer service in [-] entire 67 years of life When there are three or [-] girls behind [-] counter and one [-] [-] manager who is always sitting in her office with two other people one being [-] [-] officer and I [-]’t know who [-] other one is and they’re doing meditation, laughing and there is a [-] of people there it’s [-] one young [-] named [-] who is taking care of everyone 95% of [-] time No one [-] seems to care if there is a [-] or not These are all relatively young girls behind [-] counter and of course I’m in a good looking [-] comes in there all over it I drove up to [-] drive up one day and again [-] waited on [-] and there were three girls on stools one behind [-] other and they were all brushing each other’s [-] beautiful hair and one of them was [-] [-] officer with [-] [-] blonde hair who from what I understand was promoted to manager and [-] manager was promoted to a regional director I [-]’t seen anything like this place in [-] entire life but obviously this is [-] way you [-] [-] I have gone another TBK locations and have not seen this kind of behavior but promoting [-] two people you promoted to these positions is totally insane So if there’s anyone who gives a [-] in Texas about your service [-] branch maybe somebody out to [-] a little snooping around and clear out [-] dead weight And since I retired and [-] [-] assistant manager and manager are still having issues with that branch
Damage was done to [-] property next to [-] bank in LaSalle, Colorado. I called to talk to [-] branch manager. There was no one at [-] bank at 9:30. I left a [-]. On one had [-] courtesy to return [-] call. With [-] dealing I have had since TBK took over this branch, I could not recommend anyone doing [-] with your bank.
This bank is absolute [-]. They bought [-] normal bank, First [-] Bank of Durango, and have been NOTHING but [-]. I am now in Europe on [-] and [-] card is being declined in stores and online for no reason, there is no fraud alert and [-] card is active according to [-] Mastercard services, and they are closed until [-]. They have no [-] support and actual branches could not help. They showed [-] declines but could not tell [-] why it was happening. I am livid and this is absolutely hurting [-] [-], as I have important things that need to be paid for and taken care of immediately, and waiting until [-] is a severe loss. I wish [-] [-] were a possibility, because this bank is utter Scheiße.
