Great bank, Love their services and staff is helpful but there is a very sterile and unwelcoming ambiance in [-] banks interior [-].

[-] Mouse Not bad [-] hours are horrible looks like they made them for themselves.

I am seriously considering closing [-] account. I have had nothing but trouble dealing with this bank. Money was stolen out of [-] account and when I contested it it was put back but [-] days it was taken out again. I should not have to check [-] account daily trying to protect [-] money. I am 83 and living off of Social Security and every cent counts.

You closed [-] PNC on [-] Avenue, then you closed [-] Canton Center/[-] branch. I [-]’t feel like driving [-] and [-] to [-] to a branch. This is crazy. [-] have to move to a closer bank. [-] is on every corner.

Greedy, greedy, greedy! Too many fees! I would highly recommend no one use this bank. If there was a no [-] rating or a negative rating I would’ve used it! 1 it’s too good for them.

I have never had better service more personal service and more friendly staff than this branch of citizens Bank.

I very much enjoy [-] staff at [-] [-] office. They are always friendly and patient.

This bank is not customer service guaranteed as [-]. They withdrawl without your permission. They lie about overdraft being turned on after signing up for it. Still waiting. They call customers back and disrespect them after treating them awful and like they are a piece of ____. And never replace [-] money which you take all steps in advising them money has been taken from [-] account. You have NSF FEES for checks that have should clearly cleaned plus bounced checks that should have cleared when you take [-] money off [-] register of your checking for those checks. They [-] running checks back threw over as times that should have cleared when on a set monthly income and you know what and have recipients or printout from atm of everything you have done with account . They still say your In [-] wrong because they've had other people verify in there bank in [-] where [-] 1st started.

Old [-] white women disrespecting a black lady and her child. I heard her call black lady a [-] [-] and they did nothing to [-] [-] women peeping over those glasses. All those white women accussing thiat black lady of being loud and her child but her child got loud when old bad called her momma a [-] [-] can't wait to tell [-] public [-] y'all treat black females
