I love this bank! They are always so kind and helpful! I would recommend anyone to [-] their banking with them!

If I had [-] option of [-] angry face I would definitely use it, worst bank I have ever used. No wonder they have a 2.5 rating. On [-] very first visit they let us struggle to get [-] grandmother in [-] bank who had stage 4 cancer and weak, not one customer in [-] bank and no one ever offered to assist her from [-] [-] like [-] previous bank until we got to [-] [-]. [-] story short, I was added to her account and made a large deposit for [-] purpose, paying her outstanding debts before she died so that none of her property or assets would be seized. Profiled and treated like a criminal each time I came into [-] office, denied [-] to available fund in excess of what was pending, and told that there were pending items, blocked her card without authorization or notification to joint account holder and then took it upon themselves to retract her SSI for Aug, , this was her [-] benefit that she was entitled to and that would help with funeral cost. This cause more hardship on [-] family and myself after paying for burial expenses. One or more of their tellers went way over their [-] title and interfered with family [-] prematurely. Then numerous reason for [-] retraction by [-] branch manager that were not true because [-] death certificate is not processed nor did we present one to [-] bank. we contacted SSI and were told that [-] Aug payment was her [-] benefit and she was entitled to it, [-] are paid [-] month after they are earned. She would not be entitled to Aug that would have been paid in Sept, ok fine, but they got all in our family [-] that was none of their [-]. [-] whole atmosphere was uncomfortable from [-] beginning and our rights violated as a customer. This was not her regular bank because she lived in Oxford. we only went there for 1 [-] interaction, never again

Takin people's money out there checking account when they have kids

Having been a customer with Berkshire Bank in [-] for a very [-] time I can tell you they are top shelf ! ! Have never had a bad experience there in all that time and [-] entire staff are well trained and very knowledgeable ! Would recommend them without a second thought.

I only have [-] one [-] because it wouldn’t let [-] write this without at
least one [-], but they [-]’t deserve it! Just today I had a client closing on a teal estate purchase in Oklahoma , she had a cashiers check from this bank which was proceeds from [-] sale of her California property that was handled by a local lawyer. Thinking it would be guaranteed funds she then drove back to Oklahoma just in time to make her closing on [-] property she was purchasing. At [-] closing [-] title company tried to verify [-] funds and that’s where it all started to unravel! This bank [-] not verify funds over [-] phone! So they [-] they would take a request via fax, but [-] results could not be faxed back! [-] results would have to be MAILED!!! WTF kind of banking institution is this! I [-]’t recommend that anyone uses this bank for any reason ever!! Their managers won’t even answer your call, everything gets routed to a call center!!!

When [-] family needed [-] to assist them with their banking due to health reasons, Chestney and [-] made sure everything was in order for [-] to [-] just that! Their [-] and courteous concern made [-] paperwork happen with ease and [-] process smooth. [-] sincere thank you for making [-] banking one less task a challenge.

No lobby oben and one [-] at [-] time on [-] drive through window. Takes way too [-]. People even walk up to [-] window, not safe.

This bank has wonderful, caring people. While I have only been banking here since moving here in 2012, [-] mother and grandparents also banked here. They truly care about people.

Extremely helpful during Covid

Just had [-] worst experience with this branch trying to get help with [-] pay [-] account concerning unauthorized charges. [-] phone connection was at best horrible. I couldn`t understand anything [-] first rep was saying then was transferred to a supervisor where as [-] phone connection was worse. [-] supervisor was actually screaming at [-] on [-] phone because I could not understand one thing [-] was saying to [-] and offered nothing but a bad attitude and to call pay [-] to solve [-] problem concerning 3 unauthorized charges. I`ve been a BMT customer for 40 years and [-] now be looking for another bank .

Out of [-] three branches in Burlington Iowa this one is by [-] [-] favorite because [-] ladies that work there are just amazing, and they are always smiling and super courteous.

Tried to [-] to two different banks today, both closed. During regular hours, one closed, one had security and would let no one in, need to Make a deposit, [-] not use [-] atm at a bank where I can reach no one. I have never seen such rude non caring people in [-] life. Absolutely [-] most horrible experience every time I [-]. At least they are consistent! I have [-] most amazing bank, why [-] husband chooses to. E tortured by Bank of [-] is beyond [-]
