At this point in time [-] Wilsonville branch of BofA has a very low rating. You can not book a time on [-] and when you [-] to [-] branch they have only onr person to help so you have to book a time in person then come back again. I thought [-] bank was there for [-] convenience of [-] customer, not [-] customer was there for [-] bank's convenience. [-] impression that I received was that [-] bank might be closing [-] branch. I am not [-] with this branch is operating.
