I avoid this branch at much as possible even though is [-] closest to [-]. From unprofessional cashiers to [-] environment that screams we are going out of [-], this has not been a pleasant experience. This is [-] Walmart of banking institutions. Anyway I went to [-] S Airport branch to report [-] authorized transaction and after 30minutes working with a staff member I left thinking everything had been taken care of, but alas a month later I still didn't have [-] [-] debit card and I found out [-] claim report was never made. I found this out after calling customer service.
Imean that was [-] reason I went into [-] branch to start with....there is only one word: ineptitude!!!!
Finally talking [-] husband into changing banks!
