HORRIBLE BANK

Went to 14098 Northwest Fwy Houston, Tx location at 2:10 pm 7/21/21 to [-] a savings account. A woman of color in [-] lobby told [-] she did not have time to [-] account before her 2:45 pm appointment with a [-] owner. I am a [-] owner in Houston, she never asked. SO I [-] TAKE BY $ 25,000 SOME WHERE [-]. BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE. SHE COMPLAINED THAT SHE HAD TO BE MANAGER, ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH NO HELP? NOT [-] TYPE OF BANK WE FEEL WOULD SERVE OUR COMPANY AND PERSONAL FINANCIAL NEEDS. SHE SHOULD BE LET [-] FROM THIS POSITION IF BANK OF TEXAS WANTS TO CONTINUE DOING [-] IN TEXAS!
