[-] employees at [-] [-] Island bank are extremely unfriendly. Every single time I have to [-] there they never say hello or It's nice to see you. I have to bring [-] rent payment in every month and [-] woman I give it to is [-] landlords sister and there are times I wonder if she ever smiles. She always acts like I'm bothering her. Not only am I a customer of Black Hawk Bank and Trust, but she is [-] employee there who has [-] arrangement to take and handle her brothers rent payment. Not [-] problem. She needs to start saying hello and have a nice day when people speak to here and give her their [-].
Also, [-] gentleman [-] who works there too. Extremely slow and unpleasant.
This is a place of [-] and I am a customer. I [-] not be [-], but I am a account holder and you are employees of [-] bank.
Maybe there should be [-] update of on [-] [-] training on [-] to [-] customers. I'm hoping it changes soon or [-] complaint won't be as nice. They deserve to have a bit of a wake up call on [-] they treat people in their place of [-].
