I think this should read “Only Branch “ (Dickerson Blvd.), and [-] worst banking experience you can have. Extremely [-] waits, then nothing but apologies from inattentive tellers (never more than 2 working both counter [-] drive through) who act as though your [-] inconvenience to them. Been with them since their acquisition from Wachovia. We’re done. [-] wife and I are taking are money where we [-] be treated as we should.

Bank does not PROTECT its Customers
I have been a member of this bank for [-] years. Until today I have had no issues with [-] bank. But three months ago I had a dispute with a retailer regarding [-] services that were being provided. I had [-] debit card set up to pay them every month. When I had a dispute with [-] retailer and sent [-] email and chat [-] showing Southside Bank that I was no longer authorizing this retailer to debit [-] account. SouthSide bank gave [-] a provisional credit and [-] that after their investigation they would let [-] know what [-] out come would be. [-] only letter that I received from SouthSide bank [-] that it would take up to 10 days to get a decision. Three months later SouthSide Bank Reversed [-] provisional credit based on false information from [-] retailer. I am still in dispute with this retailer over [-] false information that was given to [-] before I agreed to [-] service.
SouthSide bank took [-] word of [-] retailer over [-] word of a customer who has never had issues with [-] Bank before. I was never notified of [-] Decision that SouthSide made, and only knew what happened when I checked [-] account to make sure all [-] bills were settled. If I would have not checked I would have had overdraft fees due to SouthSIde taking [-] MONEY AWAY FROM [-]. That is [-] money and if I decide not to pay a company due to them not fullfilling [-] agreement then SOUTHSIDE Bank should [-] that. They are not our any money and they should not take [-] side of a RETAILER over [-] SIDE OF THEIR CUSTOMER.

This branch is very busy at present, because a number of [-] branches in [-] area have been closed temporarily. Nevertheless, [-] saw [-] waiting for assistance with [-] unexpected banking issue that arose early this afternoon and cut her lunch break short in order to assist [-] before her next scheduled customer. On [-] way to see [-] person in [-] office with [-] walls we were stopped in our tracks by a girl at [-] teller counter who insisted we "must stop at her counter location before speaking to [-] girl in [-] [-] office", [Assistant Manager [-] Y. Zhang]
In [-] attempt to [-] this post short, I was extremely annoyed by [-] comet, it was abrupt and very disturbing. I have been banking at this branch for a number of years without having to deal with aggressive and unprofessional TD staff.
Note: [-] experience at this store has always been exceptional until this day.
[-] distinct difference that I noticed on this day was TD upper management relocated [-] highly respectable and highly qualified [-] Rogers Assistant Vice President, and Store Manager who they replaced with a no good, unprofessional Assistant Manager, prompting this unpleasant and unfortunate review.
If customer service is a concern to [-] TD BOARD OF DIRECTORS then please note, both Assistant Manager [-] Y. Zhang and [-] individual behind [-] counter failed to [-] their [-] and deserve to be demoted or transferred out to another store. I [-] be closing [-] accounts and bring [-] [-] elsewhere.
Customers expect and deserve a high degree of professionalism and courteous service every time they step into a TD store, which I did not receive on this day.

Both [-] parents passed in 2017 at two months apart. As Trustee, I had some [-] documents from [-] attorney regarding a release to [-] parents [-] and CD accounts. I went to [-] local [-] Bank in Hanford, California. ([-]) was [-] banker that “helped” [-]. [-] seemed irritated and acted as though I was a bother once hearing [-] requests. I felt very rushed as [-] quickly asked [-] for [-] contact info and told [-] [-] would call [-] in a few days. After approximately two weeks of no response, I called [-] bank but only to get [-] run around. Finally I went to [-] bank in person to speak with [-] but [-] stated [-] was too busy and would call [-] but again [-] failed to notify [-]. I called several times within a few days trying to find out [-] progress of [-] case, with no avail. Once again I went down to [-] bank and shockingly I finally got to speak to [-]. I actually had to refresh his memory of who I was and also had to explain [-] case in detail...again! Sarcastically, and unprofessionally [-] stated there was nothing [-] could [-]. I was extremely frustrated at this point with not only [-] but with this particular Branch in Hanford but [-] Bank altogether! But I also knew I had no choice and had to get this taken care of ASAP!
I ended up going to another branch, Visalia. [-] banker that helped [-] immediately and effectively was ([-] Saephanh). What a relief I felt finally having such a professional, caring, genuine and overall helpful banker like [-]! [-] took time to [-] over all [-] paperwork I submitted, patiently spending over [-] hour working with [-]. [-] truly went above and beyond for [-] and [-] negative thoughts with [-] were immediately erased. However; I am shocked with disbelief that [-] would hire and [-] someone like [-] who was that inconsiderate but its a good thing you redeemed yourselves and you should feel privileged for having such [-] outstanding and amazing banker such as [-]!

Your website is wrong. You are [-] on Saturday from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. I just drove down from Semiahmoo to find you closed. Sloppy administration!

Please explain [-] two pictured ID's (Drivers License and Gun [-] Permit) is not sufficient enough to [-] a personal check $ 35.00 from your bank.
Please explain to [-] why you would not [-] a personal check written to [-], from [-] mother in law. I had two picture ID's, ( [-] drivers license and [-] gun [-] permit. Both of them have [-] picture on them. Please explain why that was not enough proof that I am who I say I am. [-] check was for 35 dollars, not a large amount , by any means.
I went to [-] bank this morning [-] 13, 2019, at about 10:15 AM [-] [-] was [-] but there was nobody there.

After being a TD customer for almost 20 years and having multiple accounts with them, I am very upset with [-] most recent experience. I received a check that was questionable from a person. I deposited with TD bank and then called twice to see if [-] check was cleared and legitimate. I was assured both times by a TD representative that [-] chack cleared and was legitimate. They [-] that [-] check wouldn't have cleared if it was fake. Going by that information, I wrote two checks for $1,000 each. I received a letter in [-] [-] at [-] end of [-] week that [-] check was fake, meanwhile, [-] checks were sent. This resulted in being scammed out of $2,000. When I called TD bank for [-] explanation, [-] told [-] that because I was in good standing and for so [-], that they assumed I would never accept a bad check and just ok'd [-] transaction. I am appalled that a loyal and responsible customer of TD Bank has LESS security than a [-] customer or who has a bad banking history. This answer is unacceptable and if I [-]'t get this resolved, I [-] be taking all of [-] accounts and money to another bank. This is NOT customer service. I have stayed with TD for their safety and customer service. This is appalling and I [-] take this to [-] news if I have to.

Horrible experience with TD Bank. If I could rate this service as 0 I would. So much for convince. I've been inconvenienced by a Customer Service Rep. I called and order a replacement debit card and was told I would receive it in 3 to 4 [-] days. To [-] surprise to representative never order [-] debit card and it's time to pay bills. And being told I got to wait another couple of days. Unbelievable, I am so upset, no money or food and I'm going to occur late fee charges which no one at TD Bank is concerned about. Not only that I'm being told there's no corporate number just address. I can't believe TD Bank let [-] down. I write to commend [-] diligence and great customer service of [-] at TD Bank 's 451 Lexington Avenue, Ny, [-] location. Even when interrupted by other tellers or manager, [-] focused on giving [-] complete, accurate, and friendly service. I informed her manager of [-] satisfaction but wish to impart this to corporate TD Bank so that [-] is recognized.
I am a TD Bank customer and as such am familiar with bank branches nearby [-] work and, as well, [-] home. I want to particularly comment on three employees, two of whom work at td's 6th Ave/32nd St.branch and [-] third employee at td's 475 Park Ave. S.branch, all N.Y.C. locations.
At 885 6th Ave., I've been fortunate to have met and have [-] banking needs attended to by Toki and [-], whose professionalism exceeds expectations, enhancing [-] customer experience with up to date and thorough knowledge of available banking services and by providing attentive, swift, friendly yet unfailingly courteous service.delivery. They always remember [-] name even after a month of banking at another TD branch. Their stand out performances not only cements [-] trust but,as well, [-] loyalty to TD banking. They are stellar.
At [-] east side Park Ave branch, I have been impressed by Geo( last or full name unknown to [-]) who has also been patient also with [-] banking questions and, like Toki and [-], has [-] pertinent information at hand and does not ignore [-] questions or [-] [-] [-] concern. Unfortunately, I have had other tellers deliver to [-] such careless, uninformed and rude service.
Due to these three estimable TD Bank employees, I commend their hard and look forward to maintaining [-] account with TD Bank.

[-] employees at [-] [-] Island bank are extremely unfriendly. Every single time I have to [-] there they never say hello or It's nice to see you. I have to bring [-] rent payment in every month and [-] woman I give it to is [-] landlords sister and there are times I wonder if she ever smiles. She always acts like I'm bothering her. Not only am I a customer of Black Hawk Bank and Trust, but she is [-] employee there who has [-] arrangement to take and handle her brothers rent payment. Not [-] problem.
