I was okay with this bank unail I was suddenly required to give 5 digits of [-] social security number over [-] phone for a basic inquiry...with no alternative option. So I was not able to get [-] information. No other option such as a security question was offered. I [-] be closing this account as I [-] not feel giving a social security number over [-] phone is at all reasonable. Their responses to [-] concerns were condescending.
