I have tried and tried again to close [-] account and get [-] remaining balance of [-] account sent to [-] via [-] U.S. Postal Service and have been ignored, brushed aside, and made to feel that I [-]'t matter to them as a customer. No one is immune to this type of treatment; I'd think twice before doing [-] with this bank...SERIOUSLY!!!!
