ABSOLUTELY HORRID experience!! ALLOWED unauthorized transactions... totalling $441!
Apparently camera's [-]'t work in elberton lobbies.. I wasn't seen nor heard when I went into [-] branch, sat down with a manager and told her I had multiple unauthorized transactions on [-] account. .. no report was filed for [-] fraudulent charges. I emailed, called ,mailed and went into 2 other branch locations to get [-] update on [-] fraud. No calls were ever returned, at either location. .. months later -$441 shows up on [-] credit report!!!!! So so WRONG...
Pray... pray..and pray more before giving money to that bank...

I had [-] account, overdraft. I had put some money in. Savings was suggested.
Why did [-] branches change drive through teller services to another ATM machine? Disabled and seniors need this service.

STEALING $6.00 from [-] account when I transfer money within [-] same bank is no way to treat your customers. Also, you might try hiring some customer service people who are not complete [-]. This used to be such a nice place to handle financial [-]; but, ever since this "Turdist" merger, it's just another impersonal, greedy, [-] bank. After over 30 years as a customer, it is time to say, "Goodbye; and, [-] [-] yourselves."

I have always found [-] Bank (at least in [-] Carbondale, [-] location, a pleasure to visit. They are efficient, friendly and helpful. I [-]'t need much more in a bank!

I have been been a customer of Capac/ [-] [-] bank since 1997.with a [-] acct, and a personal checking.
Since it became Lakestone, I have had nothing but trouble, [-] tellers and management are totally incompetent, and not at all willing or eager to solve any issues that arise.
On [-] 10,2019 I made a $5000.00 deposit to [-] [-] acct., and transferred $3500.00
To [-] personal acct.
This was done all at [-] same time, however I was told there would be a 2 day hold placed on [-] deposit. This didn't sit well with [-] , since I usually [-]'t have any holds but I let it [-].
I went out of town until [-] following Monday 7/15/19, only to find a letter from your bank informing [-] that [-] $3,500.00 transfer I made " created [-] overdraft in [-] [-] acct. And I'm being charged $40.00 for a "handling fee".
Now I'm not sure about your policies but ...why would that teller put through [-] second deposit, that was based on [-] check she put a hold on? Trying to get reimbursed [-] $40.00 has been unsuccessful and very stressful. I have become very very very dissatisfied with Palestine bank. I am considering changing banks , if this can't be resolved in [-] favor immediately.

Today I again got [-] [-](medicine) delivered by a neighbor. This has happened numerous times since our mailboxes were moved from our homes to community boxes at [-] end of our street, without our input. Even before community boxes, I would have [-] [-] on hold at post office and return to a stuffed mailbox, sometimes that would hold no more! I have used cards, online, handing to [-] person and delivering personally to post office. I cannot [-] on any of it working. I have taken copy of [-] hold online to [-] manager after was not held. Guess that went no where! Whoever sorts our [-] needs to look at addresses better and [-] person delivering needs to read addresses and put it in [-] right box! I am tired of [-] delivery mixups and insecurity as, to did I get all [-] [-]. I have several pieces that were mailed to [-] or that i mailed and never received. Please delivery persons, get it in [-] right box! Some people are honest and bring it to you, although not their duty, but we know some people are not that honest. Please deliver properly!
