I have a rental [-] and have been informed [-] bank no longer takes “[-]” deposits from [-] renters to prevent fraud. What kind of fraud can a [-] deposit generate. This [-] seriously make things difficult for renters who quite often only deal in [-]. That [-] also cause [-] for [-] [-]. Who is [-] idiot that made up this stupid policy. Please tell [-] who is at risk as a result if a [-] deposit using a bank deposit slip to [-] account.

Impossible to speak to anyone in reference to a HELOC, [-] bad customer service, if I wanted to put up with this I would still be banking at Wells.

Awful, judgemental and if they assume you are committing fraud [-] close your account without notice and leave you without any money and take what dignity you think you have and make you feel like your nothing. [-] branch I used was [-] [-] Park branch on Tipton. But I assume since they let [-] employees at that branch treat their customers so poorly [-] other branches are just as bed

I am totally tried of [-] [-] Seacoast Bank. In [-] last six months I have had two incidents where I need to speak to a customer service representative and have been transferred to [-] automated system. I have been trying to contact someone because I believe [-] account [-] have been hacked and I am unable to get any assistance. This system wants [-] last [-] of your SS# then your account number. Contact with a human is almost impossible. I have banked with them for over twenty years and am going to change banks.

[-] wife has been a customer with this bank for more years than I know. I've only been around for 5 years. We decided to refinance our home and [-] lady in charge of helping as went out of her way to work with us. [-] only complaint would be [-] we have been treated in our [-] venture. We opened a [-] account. This bank won't correct [-] display of [-] name of [-] [-] to make us, , customer with 3 or more accounts [-]. Someone typed in [-] name wrong.
