Failure,
Nothing but issues with first interstate bank after they bought out great western bank and took over all [-] accounts.
[-] mortgage was Deducted from [-] account but not applied to [-] [-].
I’ve never received a replacement debit card but continue to receive notices that they [-] deactivate [-] great western bank card due to not active acting a [-] one.
I’ve called in 4 times and been disconnected 2 times. Currently I am in [-] branch in a managers office while still on hold 30 minutes with [-] number it told [-] to call on [-] letter they sent! I literally got in [-] truck and made it to [-] branch before they got [-] to anyone who is able to assist!
Upon arriving I was told [-] manager is gone and [-] be for multiple hours so I am being helped by some poor [-] listen to [-] vent about all these ongoing issues

Since they have purchased our bank. I have had nothing but [-] 3 to 4 times a WEEK!! In process Moving to a Much better treated Bank.

[-] Glenwood Iowa office has a very rude manager working there. [-] not listen to you and she is always right! I tried to call about [-] [-] credit card I received and when I called to activate [-] card, they told [-] that I needed to call to [-] bank and have them activate this for [-]. I called and left messages with no return call. I called again and [-] Fauble is [-] most rude person I know. This was all [-] fault and that I tried to use [-] card before it was activated and I told her no I did not. She told [-] that [-] husband did then. I stated no. Now I am concerned that [-] credit card has been hacked and I [-] not want to use this card. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she told [-] she was [-] manager of [-] bank. I stated that she had a boss to account to and I would like there name. She would not give this to [-] and then she [-] up on [-]. I have already moved 1 million dollars out of [-] bank because of her and I [-] be removing [-] rest as soon as I can!!!!

I want to give out a great notice of recognition to one of your employees that works at [-] Billings Heights Branch. That is [-]. I had been having some trouble getting a debit card and she made things happen and got [-] issue resolved immediately. A follow up call was even made to [-] within less than [-] hour following [-] visit with her telling [-] everything went through. [-]'s sincere, helpful customer service skills and know [-] makes her shine like a [-]. I give her a 5 [-] rating for her accomplishment that she fulfilled for [-] today. [-] up [-] great work [-]. You are appreciated.

Great bank..Incredible customer service very friendly and helpful! ((Please [-] a branch in Hazelton, Idaho)) [-] US Bank closed due to poor management and we need a bank.

After being [-] FIB, [-], customer for 40 years, and despite [-] error of some [-] or eight years ago where, over a period of some 6 months, $12,000 of [-] deposits were credited to another person's account, a ONE DAY shortage of funds caused FIB to bounce a $4,000 check without any [-] notice to [-] (and notwithstanding [-] $5,000 deposits just prior to receiving this notice). No apologies of consequence for their [-], and certainly no $35 / day payment for over (under) draft to [-] account. Customers evidently [-]'t deserve [-] same service that is demanded by FIB. Their mistake is easily chalked up as a minor misstep. Yours, or mine, is a major infraction of [-].... FIB... some of your people stink !!!
