Nothing but issues with first interstate bank after they bought out great western bank and took over all [-] accounts.
[-] mortgage was Deducted from [-] account but not applied to [-] [-].
I’ve never received a replacement debit card but continue to receive notices that they [-] deactivate [-] great western bank card due to not active acting a [-] one.
I’ve called in 4 times and been disconnected 2 times. Currently I am in [-] branch in a managers office while still on hold 30 minutes with [-] number it told [-] to call on [-] letter they sent! I literally got in [-] truck and made it to [-] branch before they got [-] to anyone who is able to assist!
Upon arriving I was told [-] manager is gone and [-] be for multiple hours so I am being helped by some poor [-] listen to [-] vent about all these ongoing issues
terrible support I'm thinking Glacier bank accounts should be [-] main one.

What I would love to say is why in [-] world can't y'all bring a stand alone ATM to Temple ga we been banking for years with [-] bank our town doesn't even have a bank for [-] citizens.
[-] Glenwood Iowa office has a very rude manager working there. [-] not listen to you and she is always right! I tried to call about [-] [-] credit card I received and when I called to activate [-] card, they told [-] that I needed to call to [-] bank and have them activate this for [-]. I called and left messages with no return call. I called again and [-] Fauble is [-] most rude person I know. This was all [-] fault and that I tried to use [-] card before it was activated and I told her no I did not. She told [-] that [-] husband did then. I stated no. Now I am concerned that [-] credit card has been hacked and I [-] not want to use this card. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she told [-] she was [-] manager of [-] bank. I stated that she had a boss to account to and I would like there name. She would not give this to [-] and then she [-] up on [-]. I have already moved 1 million dollars out of [-] bank because of her and I [-] be removing [-] rest as soon as I can!!!!

Peapack Gladstone has changed their online banking and it is a nightmare. Not intuitive and several features that worked well on old site have vanished.
I have for at least 5 yrs or more. And I have almost never had a complaint about anything to [-] with Bank OZK, until now. I drawl and I can't understand [-] [-] bank ,[-] people who work in [-] one I always called "[-] bank" did nothing knowing [-] check I had was not good. I deposited it they hold on it and charged [-] 235 $ for one thing they could have warned [-] about.Not even 800 is hard to live and to [-] this is unbelievable,and just proves a few otherscases that warned [-] about [-] bank!! I really like [-] bank in Lonoke and drove a good ways to [-] going to it and stayed this [-].
Crooked Bank Operations! I started [-] account with Summit Bank back in 2005. As Summit Bank, they were okay. They they were bought out by Bank OZK. Customer service quickly went south. They mostly have inept older people and LBGT people working for them.now. Locations are primarily only in Central Arkansas. No customer support after hours or on weekends when you really need it. They shut down both accounts because I ate at a restaurant in [-], on a weekend for fraudulent activity. I live in [-] Springs, not like I'm halfway across [-] world. Then they shut down both of [-] cards on. Sunday, [-] same day I was leaving for [-] to start a [-] [-] and needed money for expenses. They shut them down again on a Saturday because of another breach. I was on a trip again through Ft [-] and Fayetteville. Finally they opened up, called, got account inlocked. Went to bank in Fayeyteville. Tried to use ATM.Wouldnt take [-] card, thankfully. Had to drive clear across town and wait in [-]. When it was [-] turn, [-] [-] [-] at [-] [-] "oh, [-] machine is full again already. We just cleaned it out last night. There was a security breach at [-]'s so [-] machine is taking everyones cards. I have direct deposit, so money is being deposited every week or every other week. I needed [-] to [-] buy a [-]. Went through drive thru on [-] Springs. Got $400 [-], drove to Little [-] to buy [-] [-]. Handed [-] [-] [-] [-], there was only $300 in [-] envelope. Calleed [-] bank, hey, I'm short $100. Oh, yeah, well, you had and over draft come through so we kept $100 to cover it. Never told [-] thats what they did. Instead waited until I looked like fool, was mad and had to call to find out what was going on. [-] latest deal was worse. I have direct deposit every two weeks. Was tight on money until [-] 15th, 5 days away. I had just enough money to make it. Tried to buy $1 bag of chips, declined. Checked account, bank too all of [-] money to pay and over draft fee. Here I am at a gas station, no gas, no food and its 100* out. Called bank, they told [-] "too bad, so sad, [-] it up". I told them, you know I have [-] money, why not call [-] and work out a payment agreement. [-], you signed [-] agreement,we can take any money any time we want.
[-] not [-] [-] with this bank! Terrible service to start with, no customer service, and poor security measures. [-] with a [-] chain that is more professional and you can [-] your money without paying ATM fees.

I want to give out a great notice of recognition to one of your employees that works at [-] Billings Heights Branch. That is [-]. I had been having some trouble getting a debit card and she made things happen and got [-] issue resolved immediately. A follow up call was even made to [-] within less than [-] hour following [-] visit with her telling [-] everything went through. [-]'s sincere, helpful customer service skills and know [-] makes her shine like a [-]. I give her a 5 [-] rating for her accomplishment that she fulfilled for [-] today. [-] up [-] great work [-]. ID has been stolen 5 times since I opened [-] account ,I barrowed 75k paid back early because of divorce ,then I had a accident to where a distracted driver ran over [-] on [-] motorcycle,3 [-] in hospital ,I called [-] bank twice a week to explain . Never got to talk to anyone ,then after 30 days [-] closed [-] account for inactivity charge 250 dollars for deposit box , plus [-] money in [-] deposit box . With [-] bed ridden this is not very costumer friendly is it ?? So they put 500 dollars on [-] account for overdraft Wich is fine , however if they would have called [-] back this could of been avoided 😡 I've been in and out now 250 dollars for [-] lockbox that I have [-] [-] for but because of [-] loss of [-] leg and no work, and [-] [-] that ran [-] over very little insurance ,[-] OZK falls in to [-] category of NOT customer friendy no loyalty what so ever . I am extremely disappointed by [-] poor service and lack of professionalism displayed by [-] Oldwick branch of your bank.
[-] mother, [-] [-] Wagner had a joint account at Peapack Gladstone for many years. After she died in [-] 2020 from COVID, I was named executor by [-] [-] Surrogates Office (I am a CA resident) [-] intent was to close her account and distribute [-] funds to her beneficiaries. I was told that I would needed to file a tax inheritance form with [-] state. I was advised by [-] mother's attorney to file a Renunciation of Joint Checking Account, which was drawn up, signed and notarized.[-] Oldwick branch manager, [-], asked [-] to send copies of all documents to be reviewed. She claimed no knowledge of a Renunciation and [-] she would speak to her manager. Over [-] course of [-] following month, I called her multiple times for [-] update, only to be told her manager did not respond to her. Apparently there was no interest in helping [-] to resolve this issue and I was ignored.
As a result, I [-] be utilizing social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc), emails to board members and executive staff; and exploring filing a complaint with [-] appropriate state agency.
This bank has had [-] issue with being able to save bank statements online in a PDF file. I reported this issue 2 months ago. They are supposedly aware of [-] issue and working on it. They have a "canned" reply every time I ask for [-] update. A bank of this size should be able to resolve IT issues within 48 hours. It has been well OVER TWO MONTHS and it is still [-] unresolved issue. Absolutely horrible customer service in not resolving this issue. I would never recommend any one to bank [-] FCB due to this issue.

Not a very helpful bank when I had issues and they fail to [-] what I asked from them to [-]
After being [-] FIB, [-], customer for 40 years, and despite [-] error of some [-] or eight years ago where, over a period of some 6 months, $12,000 of [-] deposits were credited to another person's account, a ONE DAY shortage of funds caused FIB to bounce a $4,000 check without any [-] notice to [-] (and notwithstanding [-] $5,000 deposits just prior to receiving this notice). No apologies of consequence for their [-], and certainly no $35 / day payment for over (under) draft to [-] account. Customers evidently [-]'t deserve [-] same service that is demanded by FIB. Their mistake is easily chalked up as a minor misstep. Yours, or mine, is a major infraction of [-].... FIB... some of your people stink !!!

I'm disappointed in a service you [-] not provide anymore. Faxing for a customer. Many elderly people [-] not use a computer or [-] not have [-] ability to fax any items requested. [-] helpful that would be and was in previous years. I was going to deposit another $50K in [-] money market, but not now. Your used to have a fax machine at [-] branch, I was told it broke and was never replaced. Very disappointing. Can't be that expensive to provide that service to even a few customers who need that service periodically.

I find it difficult to understand [-] PG Bank can have so many rude people working for them. It was [-] understanding that Banking was a service industry and [-] only value was their expertise and service. Well over and over I find that [-] staff not only does not know [-] answers but because they are knowledge insecure they become rude. Who needs this? Most of [-] seasoned employees have wonderful knowledge and offer great service. I wish they were not so few and [-] between.
they have always been quick, helpful, [-] staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and they handle any issues quickly and with wisdom...I'd highly recommend them to anyone
