Pioneer Bank - JOE HARVEY BRANCH

This bank is [-] worst that you can bank whit I opened [-] account on 2018 and requested bank to close account to be closed via phone and then sent a letter to them authorizing them to close account and in 2022 I [-] to try to [-] [-] account whit [-] work institution and they tell [-] that I have [-] [-] balance whit pioneer bank of 175 dollars from a charge that come out in 2020 so I called them trying to find out what happened and I guess a transaction was made whit [-] routing number of this account whitout us knowing a year after we authorized [-] account to be closed and without us knowing [-] in mine also that we [-]'t used account since 2019 [-] account doesn't even have available balance but yet on 2020 they authorized a transaction to be made without no funds on it now u tell [-] [-] that's possible when there was no activity on account since 2019 a month after I opened account ......
