TD Bank, National Association - WYCKOFF ON GODWIN AVENUE BRANCH

Worst TD bank I've ever been to. Unprofessional staff. Was in [-] process of creating two [-] accounts, and closing on [-] account creation. [-] bank manager walked over and started questioning [-] for all sorts of paperwork that I had already provided to [-] executive that was working [-] account creation. [-] manager had no idea what this was even about, nor did she even look into [-] details of [-] case or dual account creation. She just demanded that I show one specific paperwork. I had proof of legal corporation filing and [-] executive even looked it up in [-] state database of filed corporations. [-] SS4 document was en route to [-] headquarters, and [-] EIN was issued via online portal. She [-] a [-] out of it was not good enough and that [-] physical paperwork from IRS was needed...absolutely Insane. Highly dissatisfied. 1/5 [-] from [-]. Closing [-] personal bank account shortly with TD.
