I opened [-] account with Western Bank on [-] 2nd. [-] experience with them has been [-] worst experience with a [-] to date in [-] life.
I was removed from accessing [-] funds entirely. When you remove [-] to a person's money, and subsequent freedom, it should be warranted, recorded and noted. [-] account was closed, [-] money held from [-] and [-] [-] to [-] online account, denied.
[-] with Western Bank stated I was removed from [-] account for "Bad Behavior". [-] "bad behavior" was sharing feedback, which was solicited directly from [-] bank, regarding online banking infrastructure. I was unable to login for 4 [-] days post-account opening. Bank representatives called [-] twice and asked [-] for [-] opinion. Here's as "bad" behavior as it got: They asked [-] about customer service - to which I [-], "they were great, but I am not banking with you for customer service - I am banking with you for quick and convenient [-] to [-] funds". That was [-] straw that broke their backs, apparently, because [-] following day I received a phone call from [-] irate woman named, "[-]" who stated [-] account [-] be closed due to [-] displeasure with [-] bank and [-] feedback shared [-] day prior. I asked for recordings - they [-]'t have them. I asked for a definition of "bad behavior", they also [-]'t have that. They chose to burden [-] by removing [-] to [-] money and It was purely retaliatory. Since they cut [-] a cashiers check, I Was without [-] money for over 5 days as [-] [-] was in transit. [-] and their [-] knew what they were doing.
It is retaliation for [-] feedback they themselves asked [-] for on multiple occasions in multiple formats and media and [-] honest feedback did not sit well with them. Their solution: Remove her all [-] to her money.
I opened [-] account on [-] 2nd and it was closed on [-] on [-] 10th. During this time, I was unable to view [-] funds or remove any money and [-] card was declined.
I have never felt more bullied or wrongfully accused or experienced such deliberate malice in [-] life.[-] money. And for literally... a crazy interoffice gossip thing? This cannot be [-] you run a bank.
If you are smart enough to be in [-] corner of your best interest - close your account with Western Bank ASAP. They operate not on evidentiary statements, recordings or definitions in consensual agreements, but solely on interoffice gossip and discriminatory, ethically questionable practices. If you are wise, you [-] not allow such inept and childlike individuals to hold your money and subsequent freedom.
For [-] record, even though I wasn't [-] with this bank, I never went out of [-] way to express this. I was contacted three separate times from Western Bank explicitly asking for feedback on [-] experience: a call from [-] at [-] branch, a letter to [-] home, and lastly, a call from a rep with [-] Lordsburg branch. When I finally provided [-] feedback, I was then retaliated and extorted for it. That's exactly what happened. I know, it's almost unbelievable.
[-] screenshot is of [-] bank (...and [-]'s directive, which I also feel was not intended for [-] eyes, but instead [-] internal IT error) removing [-] [-] to [-] accounts after [-] call I received from her stating that because of [-] negative feedback, they have chosen to close [-] account - with no [-] to [-] funds, by [-] way and no note of it's transitory process).
