Had [-] with harassment from this branch's manager. Made a 14k check deposit in [-] lobby, with [-] manager reviewing [-] check and doing [-] necessary override,to deposit [-] check. [-] manager willfully withheld that it was his intent to place a hold on [-] check, I know this because its basically what [-] told [-] when I questioned him about [-] issue. Anyway, [-] check cleared [-] very next day, and I issued [-] checks to [-] employees. Since this branch didn't have lobby hours on Saturdays, I went into another branch with [-] intent on paying out a charged off account and opening another. One phone call from this branch to [-] branch with [-] unprofessional manager, and by 10 am [-] [-] had placed a manual hold on [-] funds, creating [-] uproar with [-] employees who were issued checks, because up until 10 am, [-] funds were available. When asked about [-] issue, [-] justified his actions by hiding behind written bank policies, a policy which says they would inform customers of check holds at [-] time of deposit, issued to every [-] account holder. This is professional abuse of [-] at it's lowest. I'm not paranoid, I'm a college educated businessman who's had many bad managers under his management, and I'm saying objectively, that this [-]'s actions were purely subjective as this is not [-] first run in [-] and I have had. I attribute his recent actions to personal feelings resulting from that first run in, when I told him "I [-]'t like your attitude, let [-] talk with your boss". Overall I've been [-] with Gulf Coast bank and I intend on moving [-] account to another branch just to avoid another run in with this [-], cause I know if [-] see's this complaint, [-]'s gonna be gunning for [-]. One bad [-] doesn't spoil [-] whole bunch.
